Through the power of guarding meditation, if there is only the term of mindfulness of recollection, what is the difference from ordinariness? By whom is the name of meditation given? Not just a mental conjecture of the state of affairs, but from actually manifesting as it is, by the exhaustion of unscattered mindfulness, to the mind that is pure like the sky, it is impossible to have the concept of both meditation and non-meditation, therefore, the name of attaining sovereignty is given to the kingdom of Samantabhadra's intention. As it is said in Kunjal, "If there is meditation, it becomes inferior, if there is none, it becomes a non-conceptual Buddha, or it becomes an ordinary being." The self-born wisdom abides in its own place, just recognizing one's own face, in the self-illuminating self, there is no need to gather and meditate with the mind. For those of medium faculties, there is only mindfulness, if the Dharmakaya is clear, then mindfulness is empty, without meditation, it is always inseparable, meditation and non-meditation are essentially the same, with this, the doubt of meditation is cut off. This essential instruction that has been said, not to mention experiencing and realizing it, even those who hear it are few, so be sure to pay attention to this text. Then in the seventeenth question, if the Sugata-garbha pervades all beings, then the collection of body and wisdom, should be complete at the time of sentient beings, and the qualities and activities should be the same. If asked whether it is realization or non-realization, realization does not increase the essence, and there is no increase or decrease in all three times. In such a question and answer, it is proclaimed: "All sentient beings are Buddhas, but they are obscured by adventitious stains." As it is said, therefore, for sentient beings, body and wisdom should not be complete. Why? Because the three of completion, maturation, and purification, have not manifested the result. Like a lamp inside a vase, although there is a basis for the appearance of inner clarity, the outer clarity has not manifested. This is also due to ignorance, karma, afflictions, and the outer shell of the obscuration of knowledge, the way of obscuring, in the Uttaratantra, it is taught very clearly with nine examples. For example, in the womb of a bad woman, the lord of men who dwells, although the power of the body is complete, and when the time of karmic power arrives, even if he becomes the lord of all, who would call him a king at that time? Therefore, in the nature of awareness, in order to open both the doors of samsara and nirvana, at the time of ignorance, karma, and afflictions, it appears as the respective realms of the six paths.

When the two accumulations are complete, it is nothing other than the Buddha himself. If it is said that there is no increase or decrease in realization or non-realization, then just as fire arises from iron or kindling wood, would you say that the cause itself is not fire? Because you would say so, the color is red, the touch is hot, the nature is the ability to burn, everything is complete in the two substances, and the argument must be re-established. Then there is the eighteenth question, the very first Buddha, was the first to appear existent or non-existent? If not, then the first Buddha is contradictory. If so, then for him, cause and effect, and the fruit of the collection are manifested, who is the first to generate Bodhicitta? If there is no certainty about this, without generating Bodhicitta, and without fruit, without relying on the path of the two accumulations, what kind of Buddha is that? Thus asked, the answer is as follows: The very first Buddha is none other than the primordial protector. He did not rely on the path, and the way to manifest perfect enlightenment will be discussed below. Here is the meaning of the question of general substance, from the primordial basis to the manifestation of the basis, from the energy of manifestation to the realm of sentient beings, there is no cause for confusion, like a dream, in order to tame the confused ones, the five Buddha families are like a great snow mountain sea. From the space of the mudra there, the twenty-five Buddha-fields above the lotus that arises, and in the expanse of the fragrant water stream, the Buddha-fields pervade like an ocean. That is also only this much at the beginning, and the final deeds are these, it is not a field that can be measured by the mind. The immovable, spontaneously accomplished great bliss field, at that time the three bodies appear, and the Buddha-fields are arranged in three ways. At the time of the inconceivable Dharmakaya, the Buddha-field of the clear light Vajra essence, at the time of the self-manifest enjoyment complete, it is called the Brahma drum sound Buddha-field. At the time of the Nirmanakaya is the great Brahma, kalpa or is the Buddha-field. This position is Samantabhadra, the Buddha who personally emanates and, the blessed teacher etc., for the immeasurable realm of sentient beings, appear as the state of tamer and those to be tamed. In short, in the ocean of Buddha-fields, the Buddha emanates and performs deeds, all the teachers Samantabhadra, emanates and personally does the deeds, sometimes taken by other tantras, the Buddhas for the sake of sentient beings, do
