The method of obtaining (the ground) arises from meditating on the elements in a sequential accumulation. Furthermore, mastery over the seven waters arises from the completion of preliminary practices. The eighth ground's mastery over the seven winds arises from taming the winds of the four chakras. The ninth ground's ability to wield the seven limbs of enlightenment arises from the prior practice of union. The tenth ground's mastery over the seven things to be done as Dharma arises from meditating on deities. The eleventh ground's ability to emanate seven horses with the power of clouds arises from initiating diligence. The twelfth ground's ability to emanate seven monks with coolness arises from abiding in vows and precepts. The thirteenth ground's ability to emanate seven celestial palaces arises from meditating on palaces. The fourteenth ground's ability to emanate seven world realms arises from pleasing the guru. The fifteenth ground's ability to emanate seven yidam deities arises from meditating on yidams. The sixteenth ground's ability to emanate seven goddesses, enjoy the purification of the six objects such as form, and the ability to show the birthplaces of the six realms of beings, and the nineteenth ground arise from the perfection of all empowerments. Thus, having a hundred emanated bodies, the purifying activities are also as numerous as the bodies. Furthermore, the temporarily obtained qualities are: with the empowerment of the conceptual, one obtains the qualities of the body, such as longevity, freedom from illness, loving-kindness towards beings, possessing merit, accomplishing siddhis, and seeing the particles of the body, and so on. With the ground of the non-conceptual, the qualities of speech, such as turning the wheel of Dharma, having mastery over the scriptures and treatises, being pleasing to the ears of others, being obedient to instructions, and understanding the languages of non-humans, and so on. With the utterly non-conceptual, the mind is purified, obtaining samadhi, wisdom, whatever is thought appears as Dharmata, realizing the equality of the four times, and knowing death, transmigration, and so on. With the most non-conceptual, the mind becomes workable, obtaining clairvoyance, and being blessed with immeasurable life, and so on. In particular, with the four empowerments, one obtains the qualities of the four appearances: with the conceptual empowerment, one directly sees Dharmata; with the non-conceptual empowerment, experience increases; with the utterly non-conceptual empowerment, wisdom reaches perfection; with the most non-conceptual empowerment,

Until the exhaustion of the nature of reality. Each of those, each quality of appearance, each inner meditative absorption, each secret view of difference, having obtained each complete measure of the teaching, thereby making the contaminated no longer appear, and uniting with the ground of Buddhahood. This is the view of the all-knowing great being. In short, the temporary qualities have already been briefly explained. Second, the ultimate result is: the protector Vajradhara, because all the qualities of abandonment and realization are complete, therefore liberated from all obscurations. Its qualities are the inexhaustible body, speech, and mind, having the nature of a wheel of ornaments, although it is certain to be an inconceivable nature of reality, but temporarily here, if all the qualities of the world and beyond the world are summarized as one, as it is said in the commentary on the Uttaratantra: "Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, the thirty-two marks of a great person, these all appear in one form, and become sixty-four in total." Among them, the ten powers are said in the Uttaratantra: "Place and non-place and karma, maturation and faculties, elements and inclinations, all-pervading paths and meditative concentrations, stainless defilements, place is recollection, divine eye and peace, the ten aspects of the power of knowledge." That is, knowing what is and is not the place, knowing the maturation of karma, knowing various inclinations, knowing various elements, knowing the superior and inferior faculties, knowing all-pervading paths, knowing all defilements, knowing the purification of the ground, knowing the recollection of past lives, knowing death and birth, knowing the exhaustion of outflows, are the ten powers. Similarly, the four fearlessnesses are said in the same text: "All dharmas are completely awakened, obstacles are prevented, showing the path and preventing, the four are fearlessness." That is, being fearless in realizing complete awakening in all dharmas, being fearless in knowing all outflows well, being fearless in showing the body that is certain not to change other obstructing dharmas, being fearless in the path that is certain to arise in obtaining all perfections, are the four fearlessnesses. The Buddha's
