It is necessary to cut off the superimposition on the key points of the union of generation and completion stages. Second, the pure recollection is: The scriptures say, "The three heads are the three bodies, the six hands are the six wisdoms, and the four feet are the recollection of the four legs of miraculous power," which is an explanation of the main parts.

Shal. To symbolize the complete and ultimate vehicle of our own tradition, starting from the lotus stamen seat, to symbolize the complete and ultimate view of Ati Dzogchen, up to the sun and moon seats, etc., in short, as explained in the Great Perfection of Pure Recollection and Manifestation, which is complete with all supports and supported, contemplate each one and train in mind-holding. Third, if the object is very difficult to clarify and appears as if the elements have merged, then, in order to reverse ordinary appearances and attachments at this time, hold the mind in pride, that is, visualize all phenomena, including the environment and beings, as the mandala of the support and supported of the Lama Gongpa Düpa, and remain without grasping in the state of thinking, "I am Padmavajra Tsal, the one who performs the expanding and contracting activities." As it says in the text: "When there is no conceptualization or after-thought, it is crucial to have stable pride. Whether it is clear or unclear, think, 'I am the deity,' and eliminate ordinary appearances and attachments." This is a very profound statement. If you do not understand it and instead conceptualize and meditate with conceptual thoughts, it is like patching together confused thoughts with confused thoughts, like a fool who does not know how to take and leave washing his hands with excrement and urine. Fourth, there are two aspects to sealing: the actual practice and the explanation of the duration of the practice sessions. First, all phenomena, samsara and nirvana, are gathered into the nature of appearance, sound, and awareness, and it is sealed by decisively cutting off these three as merely the play of deity, mantra, and samadhi. As it says in the single essential instruction of the Great Mind Treasure Droldé Thigle's Yangdak Thigle: "Meditate on the inseparability of appearance and emptiness. All these objects of appearance, appearing as forms, are the body of the deity. Even plants and forests, land, stones, mountains, cliffs, etc., are all the magical displays of the glorious body. All the sounds of beings should be known as the sound of Rulu. The sound of earth, the sound of fire, the sound of water, and the sound of wind, etc., the sounds of the elements, should be known as the sound of Rulu. All going, walking, lying down, and sitting should be known as the state of Rulu. The past, future, and present conceptual thoughts, these wandering wild animals, should be put into the net of Rulu. Whatever the mind thinks and contemplates, whatever of the five poisons arises, its essence should be known as the essence of Rulu. All the objects of sight of the eye should be known directly as Rulu. Existence and samsara dissolve into Rulu."
