Not speaking meaningless words, making the king's rule more stable. Being free from wrong views, possessing these five qualities. Fifth, the jewel has an octagonal shape, as large as the thigh of a great person, clear and transparent, its virtues are inexhaustible. If summarized, there are eight points: its light illuminates the area of eight yojanas around it, and at night it is as bright as the crest jewel of the Well-Born One. When traveling on the road, in places lacking water, it can bring water with eight qualities to those suffering from thirst, relieving their thirst. All the king's decisions come from the jewel. Each of its parts emits various rays of light, and wherever the jewel is, within a hundred yojanas there is no disease, and people's minds are always at peace. It fulfills people's wishes. Evil winds cannot bring terrible rain. There is no sorrow or precipice, etc. It can produce lakes, gardens, forests, and lush meadows. Untimely death does not occur, and livestock are not harmed. That king is able to have thousands of brave and capable sons, these are its eight virtues. Sixth, regarding the householder or minister, briefly speaking, there are four virtues: vajra (金刚，dorje，vajra，diamond/thunderbolt), copper, brass, tin, and treasures such as gold and silver, even without effort, they are inexhaustible. Obeying the king's commands. The minister can understand the king's thoughts, and even without being told, can complete tasks and be in accordance with the Dharma. Not being jealous of other attendants due to afflictions, and not harming others except for the benefit of the king. Most sutras say householder, not minister.
