The seventh part has two points: the actual and the general summary of benefits. The first part has seven items, the first of which is the prostration limb, which has four points: To which object do you prostrate? In what way do you prostrate? For what purpose do you prostrate? What are the benefits of seeking in this way? The first point is: Prostrate to the accumulation field just mentioned earlier. The second point is: Transform your ordinary body to fill the sky, and together with all sentient beings that pervade the sky, with great reverence in body, speech, and mind, and with devotion that you know, prostrate with the five limbs touching the ground. From their body, speech, and mind, immeasurable rays of light emanate, and dissolve into our own body, speech, and mind, thinking that this purifies our sins and obscurations. This is the first limb, the antidote to pride. The third point is: In order to bless me and all other sentient beings with body, speech, and mind, and to easily bestow the two kinds of accomplishments, thinking:『Dekhyen Kundu Dorje Chang Chen Lama Je (བདེ་གཤེགས་ཀུན་འདུས་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་ཆེན་བླ་མ་རྗེ།)』, prostrate with this verse. The fourth benefit is: As it is said in the 《Magic Net Tantra》: 『Having bowed down one's own three doors, When prostrating to the body of the Victorious Ones, The merit of that in the world, If it becomes tangible, it will not fit.』 It is like that said. Second, the limb of offering has four points: the superior offering, the unsurpassed offering, and thinking of both for the benefit of beings, and its benefits. The first point is the actual offering that is available, such as the flowers of gods and humans, etc., which are external offerings, and medicine, alcohol, and torma, etc., which are internal offerings, and the bliss-emptiness melting and dripping, etc., which are secret offerings. In short, it is all the objects that are distinguished by decoration and are worthy of offering. The second point is: The offerings manifested by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas through samadhi, whatever number of offerings arise from the liberation of the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra's conduct, are called unsurpassed because there is no other offering higher than that. Offering in these two ways, contemplating to please the accumulation field, is the second limb, the antidote to miserliness. The third point is: Not thinking for the sake of oneself alone obtaining the power of fully endowed merit, but the special intention of offering for the benefit of all sentient beings who were once one's mother

With stainlessness and so on. With actual offerings and mentally emanated ones. (Begin with a shloka). Fourth is the benefit: As stated in the White Lotus Sutra: Even offering just one flower, To the Tathagata's body, painted on a wall, Offering with the mind as if the body were moving, They will gradually see countless Buddhas. Thus it is said. Third, the limb of confession has three parts: stating the transgressions, confessing with a sense of regret, and its benefits. First: From beginningless time, I and all others, driven by the three poisons, The sins that I have committed, done myself, caused others to do, and rejoiced in what others have done, The five inexpiable sins such as killing parents and arhats, The ten non-virtues such as killing and taking what is not given, Whatever minor or major deeds have been accumulated, I deeply regret and resolve to admit the faults. Second: Recalling all these, With a strong sense of remorse, in the presence of the fields of merit, Confessing through the door of mindfulness of the four powers of purification, This is the third limb, the antidote to delusion. From this time onwards, from beginningless and endless samsara, (Etc.) Confess with a shloka. Third, the benefit: As stated in the Intermediate Mother Sutra: Whenever one remembers, Regretting the sins one remembers, Confessing exhausts all, The sons of the Victorious One should guard it thus. Thus it is said. Fourth, the limb of rejoicing in the merit of others has two parts: contemplating the distinctions of the object of focus, and the benefit. First: Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the noble assembly, benefit beings, And Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, etc., follow their respective paths of liberation, Guarding their respective precepts of training, And householders, etc., each individual being, Whatever conditioned virtuous accumulations have been gathered, Cultivating joy with a mind of rejoicing, This is the fourth limb, the antidote to jealousy. Vocally reciting: Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, etc. (The) shloka to rejoice. Second, the benefit: This is easy to do and of great significance, The one who accumulates merit, And the one who generates the thought of rejoicing in it, both
