There are two lotus garlands. A jewel is a precious jewel. Similarly, it is adorned with belts. It is called "Meaningful Accomplishment." The two belts are decorated with swords in the middle. Because it has a face of wisdom for all, it will become the king of all heroes. As it is said very clearly, all the characteristics are the same as before, except that the top should be made into five petals. In the middle of the two belts, a string of hand implements matching their respective families should be made, which is easy to understand. Whatever those families are, the inner tongue or stick should be made into an octagonal shape, as stated in the Vajra Dakini Tantra: The wisdom stick in the middle is beautifully made with eight corners. As it is said, its material should be pure iron, with moderate thickness, and the top of the octagonal shape should be slightly protruding. Fourth, there are two kinds of pure mindfulness of the bell.

It is said that the bell is moved in eight directions, that is, the bell is moved to make sounds in eight directions. Moreover, in the commentary on the Four Seats, it is said, "At the time of torma, etc., it cannot be accomplished with only the vajra or only the bell, but it must be accomplished by joining the two." As it is said, therefore, when holding the vajra bell, both must be taken into account. If the bell is rung with only one hand, or the bell is rung with both hands, it is a manifestation of ignorance of the symbolism of the secret mantra, like a child's game. Secondly, the emptiness inside the bell, which is the nature of the sky, symbolizes the profound emptiness, the dharmadhatu, and the inability to determine the edge of any elaboration. The tongue hanging in the center of it is called the staff of wisdom. When it is moved, since the object emptiness and the subject great bliss arise simultaneously, therefore, by the sound of the Dharma of wisdom without distinction, all the Tathagatas of the ten directions can be pleased, and sentient beings can be awakened from the deep sleep of habits, realize the true and perfect enlightenment, and thus the suffering of existence
