He was regarded as a spiritual friend, and henceforth, not only was he not satisfied with Tibetan commentaries, but relying solely on the treatises and commentaries of the Six Ornaments and Two Supremes, he received the intention of the Great Chariot Lineage. In his later years, he devoted himself solely to practice with the conduct of a mendicant, and the Great Orgyen (Padmasambhava) authorized him as regent, etc. The gateway to the path was the same as that of the omniscient one, and he did not fall into the trap of clinging to sophistical words or the side of foolish meditators who engage in empty talk. He became a truly accomplished scholar and adept in the definitive meaning, and was unparalleled in both Mantra and Prajnaparamita vehicles. Even with just the aspirations of Sutra and Tantra, scholars were satisfied, and like a lotus blooming in the palm of their hands, they showed faces of reverence, which is not a secret. So, what distinguishes the Vehicle of Characteristics, which is the cause, from the Vehicle of Secret Mantra, which is the result? The Vehicle of Characteristics considers the nature of mind as the cause of Buddhahood, takes the ultimate truth as the object to be cultivated, and the conventional truth as the object to be abandoned. The Vehicle of Secret Mantra considers the nature of mind as the result of Buddhahood, and without abandoning the conventional truth, takes it as the path. The ultimate result of all these vehicles is: The Great Treasure, the Omniscient One, said that as the expressed object of the Three Baskets, one tames with the discipline of pure morality, practices the Sutra Pitaka with the discipline of unwavering Samadhi, and practices the Abhidhamma Pitaka with the discipline of discriminating wisdom. In the lower three Tantras, the three doors of body, speech, and mind in Kriya and Carya are manifested as the three: deity, mantra, and Samadhi, thereby attaining the eight common siddhis such as flight, as stated in the Vajra Tent: "Eye medicine and swift feet, sword and earth-walking, pills and flight, invisibility and essence extraction." The supreme siddhi of Yoga can be accomplished, and one hopes to attain the fruit within sixteen lifetimes. And Maha and Anu, with the Vajra body, strike the vital points with the three: channels, bindus, and winds, thereby manifesting the fruit that does not exceed three or seven lifetimes. In particular, the supreme Atiyoga, by establishing the four visions, one can attain certainty in any of the three: birth, death, or bardo.

It is called "Liberation on the Spot." The Nyingma tradition's "Compendium of Tantras Initiation," which is the initiation of the nine vehicles in sequence, is also this very one. However, the custom of using the term "initiation" in the causal vehicle is a characteristic of this tradition, and therefore, various refutations have been made by earlier scholars. As it is said in the "Two Examinations Tantra": "First, give the sojong and alms. Then explain the Vaibhashika. The Sutrantika is also the same." And at the end, "Then explain the Kye Vajra." In accordance with entering the vehicles in sequence, here in the Mantrayana, not only is the doctrine of all vehicles fully explained, but there is also nothing unreasonable in the meaning of the subject matter of initiation. There is also no fault of mixing views and practices in the two causal and resultant vehicles. The meaning of initiation is blessing or empowerment. Empowerment is also very common in the Vinaya rituals, such as: "I, a monk named so-and-so, empower this robe as a sanghati." In particular, the direct teachings are, as it is said in the "Three Hundred Verses": "The discipline of definite renunciation abandons suffering. It destroys the view of the aggregates, destroys the root of demons. It destroys the wealth, earth, and flower arrows. Perfect enlightenment, obtaining glory, is initiation." When giving the novice vows, it is said that initiation is given for the sake of the three types of enlightenment, which is a subject. Similarly, in the Ghandi, which is praised as liberation through hearing, it is said: "The Dharmakaya is empty of the three: birth, cessation, and abiding, therefore it is unborn and virtuous from the beginning." It is said that consecration is done with faith. If we examine the praises of the Ghandi in the Ghandi Sutra, then the fault of the logicians who slander liberation through attachment is also avoided. Incidentally, here the Mantrayana summarizes the points and establishes the nine vehicles as a single path to omniscience for gradual individuals. Vajradhara, being skillful in means and omniscient, also knows and proclaims the empowerment rituals of blessings based on substances, mantras, and samadhi. If one does not know and is ignorant of means, then it follows that one has fallen from omniscience. Therefore, those who refute the occurrence of initiation are only tiring themselves and are merely scolding the primordial protector. The differences in the lineages should be understood from those. Thus, it has not been explained
