Regarding the meaning of what is expressed, it is intolerable to limit the boundaries and extremes of the Vehicles. As it says in the Lankavatara Sutra: "As long as there is no conceptualization, there is no gateway to the Vehicle. As soon as conceptualization remains, the gateway to the Vehicle is inconceivable." Because it is said that the Vehicle is inconceivable, there is not even a hair's breadth of ground for criticism here. In any case, those who claim to speak the truth are considered by the omniscient Vimalamitra to be narrow-minded and short-sighted in wisdom. They are alarmed by the inconceivable classifications of the number of Vehicles and the categories of philosophical tenets, and they say that these are untrue. This is like cows and buffaloes thinking that because we animals have horns, humans and gods must also have horns. This is like a blow to the head. Furthermore, those fools who, like the scriptures of outsiders, are solely devoted to pursuing meaningless debates, do not believe that in India, the general collection of Nyingma tantras, and in particular the meaning lineage of the Luminous Essence, were practiced by vidyadharas in a very secret manner and completely dissolved into the immaculate rainbow body. They do not understand that we Tibetans have not sought the great and profound secrets as commodities for trade, but have transmitted them orally to the most excellent disciples with excellent faculties, and have not spread them widely. Later, in order not to allow those who are separated from view and practice and are attached to terminology to casually proclaim the great secrets, these Dharma teachings were hidden as treasures in Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya, located in Bihar, India), which is widely known to the Indians. The omniscient Second Buddha (referring to Padmasambhava) said, "The tantras of India were also brought by great accomplished ones from places such as Oddiyana (Ujjain, located in present-day Pakistan), Shambhala, and Malaya. Not all the tantras are in India. Even if they were allowed to exist, you would not be able to see them all in one visit. Because the catalogs of sutras and tantras kept in small temples are incomplete, it cannot be said that others do not exist. Therefore, one should not slander the great guides of the past." It seems that they have not understood the meaning of these words. During the early propagation of Buddhism, the translator was no different from the actual Buddha.

It is not surprising that those paṇḍitas have opened the secret treasury of the minds of the vidyādharas and are now flourishing in Tibet. Some, using their own lack of seeing as a reason, believe that the tantras of clear light are not known at all in India, and because they do not understand the difference in the transmission methods of the three kāyas of the Teacher, with great sectarian bias and wrong views, they cast themselves, others, and followers into the abyss of reversal. The time has come for these prophecies of insubordination. The One with the Ten Powers said: "Afflictions are heavy, power is weak, karma is short-lived, the meaning of the teachings is lost, the old doctrine is changed by evil tenets, fierce mantras are difficult to subdue, and the method of accomplishment is inferior." Therefore, in order to take care of those to be tamed who abide in the Middle Way, and in order to please those with impartial minds, the transmission methods of the three yogas of the Early Translation School are explained separately, and in order to leave an imprint on the wisdom of all-knowingness, the basis, path, and fruit of the exceedingly profound yoga of the ultimate vehicle are briefly explained. First, in the Holy Dharma White Lotus Sutra, it says: "In immeasurable millions of kalpas, there is never a limit to that measure. I have attained the supreme enlightenment, and I will always preach the Dharma well." And it says: "Son of lineage, I attained complete perfect enlightenment many hundreds of thousands of millions of nayutas of kalpas ago." As such, in general, it is very difficult to examine and identify the basis of the basis with the general mantra path. Therefore, those Dzogchen practitioners who say that there is no difference from the Dharmakāya, like some common views, are extremely ignorant. Therefore, if you want to know the difference between these two, you should study the fourteenth chapter of the Supreme Vehicle Treasury of Omniscient Longchenpa. The luminosity of the innate state, in the self-sound of the Great Perfection, in the realm of the equality of the four times beyond the duality of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, the original state of the ground, which transcends the mind, with the four winds that arise as wisdom as its life force as its horses, the wisdom of the inner clear vase body moves as an agent, thereby knowing that self-appearance is without self-nature, and in the state of original purity without bondage or liberation, the spontaneous precious appearance arises and liberates simultaneously, becoming kāya and jñāna.
