This is the second part. From the "Action Manual - Brahma's Melodious Sound" and "Garland of Flowers Adornment," excerpts are taken without losing the original syntactic structure, and explained in a way that does not contradict the concise Abhisamaya, which is the method of combining peaceful and wrathful deities. The first part is: As previously mentioned, the place of generation, integrating the action and concise Abhisamaya into the Precious Garland. When generating oneself, the seed syllables arising from the ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) syllable at the heart, expand in accordance with the meaning of the words. ཨེཿ (Tibetan: ཨེཿ, Devanagari: ऐ, Romanized Sanskrit: ai, Literal Chinese meaning: Ai) Although originally undifferentiated in the space of Samantabhadra, to enlighten beings deluded in samsara, from the boundless expanse of the sky, the moving and shaking wind mandala is filled, the swirling red-black ocean of rakta flows, the vast field of land spreads without end, the skeleton is equal to the precious Mount Meru, the fire of wisdom kalpa blazes intensely. ཨེ་ཡཾ་ར་སུཾ་ཀེཾ་རཾ (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཡཾ་ར་སུཾ་ཀེཾ་རཾ, Devanagari: ऐं यं रं सुं कं रं, Romanized Sanskrit: aiṃ yaṃ raṃ suṃ kaṃ raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ai Yang Ran Song Kang Ran) The palace mandala where the five poisons are self-liberated, through the unobstructed emanation of the five syllables, the miraculous manifestations of the five Tathagata families and the five elements, are spontaneously accomplished in the realm of the three kayas. The mandala palace appears as if being lifted up. The great palace dwells joyfully and stably. ཨེ་ (Tibetan: ཨེ་, Devanagari: ऐ, Romanized Sanskrit: ai, Literal Chinese meaning: Ai) The self-radiance of the three kayas and five wisdoms appears in an extremely subtle manner, the seed syllable that ripens the play of the five winds into essence. The ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) syllable drips down in sequence, to accomplish the appearance of the container and contents, reversing the ordinary appearance and attachment of the world, as the support and the supported. From ཨེ་ (Tibetan: ཨེ་, Devanagari: ऐ, Romanized Sanskrit: ai, Literal Chinese meaning: Ai) appears the sky, without beginning or end, the space of the non-elaborate Samantabhadri. From ཡཾ་ (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yang) appears the moving wind mandala, the space of the Samaya Tara. From ར་ (Tibetan: ར་, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ran) appears the swirling and moist ocean of rakta, the space of Mamaki. From སུཾ་ (Tibetan: སུཾ་, Devanagari: सुं, Romanized Sanskrit: suṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Song) appears the stable field of land, the space of Buddha Locana. From རཾ་ (Tibetan: རཾ་, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ran) appears the fire of kalpa, the space of the wisdom nature White-Robed One, these five spaces are of indestructible nature. From ཀེཾ་ (Tibetan: ཀེཾ་, Devanagari: कं, Romanized Sanskrit: kaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kang) appears the skeleton mountain equal to Mount Meru, naturally arising as if lifting up the great palace. As stated in the Glorious Guhyagarbha Tantra: "Earth and water are Locana and Mamaki, fire and wind are White-Robed One and Tara, the sovereign mother of the space of the dharmadhatu, the three realms are originally Buddhafields." This is the meaning. ཨ་ནི་མཎྜ་ལ་ཡཾ་ཀརྨ་མཎྜ་ལ༔ ར་རཀྟ་མཎྜ་ལ༔ སུཾ་ཏིཀྞ་མཎྜ་ལ༔ ཀེཾ་ནིརྟི་མ

Hum jwala mandala hum, thus generating the elements in successive layers. Then, generating the celestial palace: Hrih bhrum bhum, from these syllables arises a precious palace, vast and spacious, clear without inside or outside, made of various jewels, delightful to behold. Four corners, four sides, with steps and tiers, adorned with liberation gates and wish-fulfilling jewels. Walls with five wisdoms, from five families, white, yellow, red, green, radiating light inside and out. Precious eaves covering the spaces between the beams, strings of various ratnas hanging as tassels. Surrounded by groves of trees, umbrellas, victory banners, etc., adorned with silk and fluttering pennants. The compassionate, peaceful celestial palace naturally appears. Thus, from the syllable bhrum, etc., arises the immeasurable palace of wisdom, with the nature of various jewels, outwardly manifesting the four activities, inwardly symbolizing the meaning of the four complete liberations. Square, with four doors, ornaments, steps, vases, measures, dharma banners, etc., all characteristics fully complete, the great expanse of emptiness, guiding beings with the power of peace and compassion. Accomplished! Bhrum vishva vishuddhe ratna jnana mandala bhrum bhrum! Hum, although the nature of mind does not waver from peace, with skillful means and compassion, in order to cut off wrong thoughts, manifests the terrifying charnel ground palace. The mandala of Padma Wangchen's turbulence is beyond all measure, immeasurable, its splendor surpassing the realm of thought. Three kayas, bhandha, city of dry and wet humans and animals, the four doors of the four activities are clear in the four directions. The unchanging nature of reality, fixed with great vajra nails. The heads of the eight arrogant great gods as pillars, the eight evil great planets supporting the pillar bases, the eight terrifying great nagas as pillar cushions. Brahma wiping the beams, stars twinkling. Field banners, great fish banners and umbrellas raised high. A net of writhing black serpents. Adorned with jeweled skull cups. In the ten directions, red blood drips. Many corpses of humans and horses rolling and clamoring. The charnel ground, blazing with fire, surrounds all directions. A strong, indestructible protective tent is erected. The palace peak is marked with padmaraga and the precious jewel of the powerful king. In the center, the mandala of nine circles is clear. Various lotus petals bloom, the sun and moon as precious cushions. Nine-storied palace.
