Arranging these error-free Dharma categories and items together is known as the "Phangthangma Catalogue." Subsequently, the translator Bande Pel Tsek and Khon Lui Wangpo Tsungpa, among others, in the great palace of Thontang Dankar, determined and compiled a catalogue of the scriptures and treatises translated in this land, recording the number of translated volumes and shlokas, which is known as the "Dankar Ma Catalogue." Neither of these two catalogues included these special inner tantras, because it is said that the tantras within the secret mantras are very important and could not be included. However, unlike some later people who rejected the pure Dharma and did not include it, becoming enemies of the Vajrayana, thanks to the Nyingma secret mantra tantras not being included in the collection of one hundred thousand tantras, even manuscripts are rare. Therefore, among those translated in Tibet, there are forty-some volumes, thirty volumes, and twenty-five volumes, etc., and it is uncertain whether treasure tantras have been added and what the differences are in the collection of scriptures. But it is not so, the Great Fifth Dalai Lama, the All-Knowing One with One Eye to the World, said: "In the Phangthangma Catalogue and the Dankar Catalogue, the tantras within the secret mantras are very important, so they could not be included. There is no other way to identify the early translated tantras." He also said that in order to consolidate this great Dharma protector, the great scholar Miwang Sangye Gyatso during the debate period used the translation of the treatises of Shalu Golden Temple as the basis, made pure copies, and used them as the basis. He added many sutra and tantra treatises that were not included in it, and made a catalogue called "The Cause of the Blooming Lotus Garden of Happiness in the Three Realms," which was created by the Fifth Dalai Lama himself, in which he allowed the inclusion of commentaries on the inner tantras written by Indian and Tibetan scholars. The fame of the degenerate age is meaningful, and all the complete teachings are consistent with Situ Panchen Gewe Lodro's Tselpa Ma, and change accordingly. But only a few people know

Or speak nonsensical words. Although they have heard many terms, they are far from Suchness and contrary to the tenets of Prāṇidha, like an untamed person filling a sky-iron arrow with the power of the five arrows, who is considered to be in accordance with the scriptures, the great accomplished Ugyenpa, when he came to the throne of Chaklo Monastery, said that the Nyingma school is not Dharma, which is short-sighted. Even just the Tibetan catalog of Tang Beharen's Nyingma school, if written down, would certainly be about one million volumes. If one is ignorant of the form of the ignorant, what need is there to speak of a Dharma that causes doubt? Therefore, do not abandon the Dharma. Those who raise their voices to slander these great secret tantras that possess power are merely harboring sinister intentions. Like this, some of the early translators did not find the Sanskrit originals of the special inner tantras, so the Omniscient One said: In Tibet, there are many sutras and tantras that exist and do not exist in India. The former teachers, such as Padmasambhava, brought many tantra sections from the lands of the dakinis, such as Oddiyana, and translated them. Among the sutras, before Nyima Wangchuk's ancestor, among the sutras translated in China, many such as the Avataṃsaka Sutra, the Nirvana Sutra, and the Vinaya Pitaka were translated by Vairochana and Ba Sangshi from the wisdom of the Chinese Pandit Heshang Mahāyāna. Therefore, the standard for measuring Dharma and people cannot be grasped by anyone other than the Omniscient One. As it is said in the Ratnakūṭa Sūtra: "Only I, Light Protector, or one like me, can measure Dharma and people, others cannot, because they will fall into wrong views." It is also said: "If it is said that things that appeared in the past are false, then on what basis were they created? If that is the case, then things that appear later will also become false, because the content is no better than before. It is only that the words are slightly different, or there are some additions and subtractions." So it was said. Because they mistakenly proclaimed that these were not Tibetan, they caused many people who were separated from the eye of Dharma to take steps of doubt. At that time, the great Kashmiri Pandit Śākyaśrī, who was known as the third Buddha to come, as well as the master of knowledge, Jomden Rigpai Raldri, and the translator Shag Gad Lotsawa Sherab Zang.
