I dreamt that the Lord of Secrets came to the top of the Himalayas, rays of light emanated from his body, purifying the obscurations of those to be tamed. From his speech came the self-sound of the vehicle, like the roar of a thousand dragons. From his heart came a vajra ray of light, which dissolved into the king's heart. The light of the sun dissolved into the crown of his head, and the light of the moon dissolved into his feet. I dreamt that all appearance and existence were floating in his belly.

That scripture is, dreamed of rain falling on the palace roof, and in the morning, the scene appeared as in the dream. Opening the scripture to look, it could not be understood. There was a pandita named Kukuza Ra, and when asked, he could not find even a clue, and only with a slight understanding, he returned it. I cannot understand, only you yourself have a connection with this Dharma, please ponder it yourself. After that, Indrabodhi placed the golden scripture on his head, and for seven days he prayed devoutly, his hair standing on end, tears streaming down his face, contemplating deeply. On the morning of the seventh day, he opened the scripture and understood the chapter on meeting Vajrasattva. Entering into twenty-one days of meditation again, he comprehended the eighteen tantras. Becoming proficient in the meaning of the secret mantra, he obtained the inner and outer secret initiations. The king and his retinue all transformed into vajra bodies, and everyone witnessed their manifestation of enlightenment. Thus it was said, in order to understand the classification of tantras, there are: Buddha Samayoga, Elephant King Strikes, Elephant Enters Water, these are the three tantras of body. Moon Secret Bindu, One Arising from Many, Many Arising from One, these are the speech

By merely taking the statement "by" as an excuse, unbearable fabrications have occurred in the history of empowerment transmission of scriptures. That is because, for an ordinary person, that prophecy is also reasonable. Because great Bodhisattvas subdue beings to be tamed in the guise of bound ones, they do not rely on prophecies that conform to the wishes of intermediate beings to be tamed. Moreover, for the person who is considered not to have received the symbolic authorization of the scriptures, the rain of scriptures will not even fall on his roof. Furthermore, the one with the ten powers will not personally proclaim future prophecies. If merely seeing the scriptures, one cannot comprehend their meaning, nor can one manifest the results of practice, and even if one boasts of being a spiritual friend, one will only end up having one's heart pierced by the power of the five arrows. Furthermore, these inner tantras and their commentaries, most of which do not exist in the form of "may they be translated into the language of the snowy land" among the Buddha's words and treatises, should not be blamed. That is because, during the early dissemination of Buddhism, in the time of Emperor Trisong Detsen, the incarnate great translators invited countless Sutra and Tantra teachings to the snowy land and translated and propagated them. However, the special inner tantras were extremely profound and the precepts were strict, and the beings to be tamed were not ready, so for a while they were not widely translated, but were practiced as secret teachings. As Phawang Khapa said: "However, King Trisong Detsen, from the secret teachings of the unsurpassed secret mantra oral transmission, temporarily prohibited public translation, therefore, the later Correct and Perfect Three Roots Nyingma, became a faction that argued whether it was a Chinese translation." It is said. In Tibet, the first reliable place to compile the Buddha's words and commentaries into one is: during the reign of the Dharma-possessing King Sadnaleg Jingyon, the bilingual master Bande Paltshe Rakshita, Dewendra, Palgyi Lhunpo, and others, in the temple of Phangthang Kame, the scriptures that were enshrined there were measured by the unit of eight syllables per line, four lines per verse (śloka,śloka, verse), and three hundred verses per fascicle.
