Furthermore, constantly contemplate the excellent Dharma. If you are afflicted by illness and suffering, and your mind is not under your control, then in the firewood of karma, speech, and obscurations, contemplate and cultivate the joy of exhaustion. Whatever experiences and thoughts arise, spend your time with virtuous actions. These are the key instructions for removing obstacles on the path and enhancing merit. As it is said, all the essential points are included. Moreover, if you practice in a reversed manner, you abandon the Great Perfection, which is free from acceptance and rejection, transcends action and effort, and with the saying that it is illusion and dream, with frivolous behavior, you do not please the Guru and the sacred Dharma. Now, to summarize, as the esteemed Götsang Rinpoche said: Nowadays, those who claim to be practitioners and great meditators are distracted during the day by the affairs of this life and worldly entanglements. Even when they have a little free time, they consider it enjoyable to waste their lives with idle talk, eating, drinking, and playing. At night, they are in a state of delusion, no different from a corpse, wasting half their lives. In the morning, as soon as they wake up, confusion and coarse thoughts arise simultaneously. Although they recite scriptures and claim to have received teachings, those who practice only for the sake of this life consider being open-minded and in accordance with the Dharma as being unrestrained. In such times, when those who are more cunning and deceitful are considered capable and clever, one should strive to save oneself. Such teachings seem to be very meaningful. Therefore, those fortunate friends who are skilled in pure perception without bias should not think of going to liberation but should condense everything into essential points and examine this meaning. Thus, the explanation of the ritual, along with its branches, has been explained to the best of my ability. Secondly, in order to make all that has been said meaningful, one should dedicate all the merit of one's efforts for the benefit of all sentient beings. Ah Ho! Not tainted by arrogance and obscuring thoughts, not for the sake of profit and fame, but to establish the foundation of the teachings in the degenerate age, this work is composed as the basis for dedicating the merit of effort. 1. This is not for the perfection of samsara, nor for the peace of solitary realizers, nor for the side of form and formless emptiness. Like the dedication of Samantabhadra and Manjushri. May the three spheres be completely pure, the original protector's

In the city. Na 2. The Victorious One's teachings abide in Mount Kailash, The Guru's instructions are adorned with turquoise braids, By the actions of a libertine, the arrogant life of a jackal is severed, May this virtue be dedicated for the benefit of motherly beings. 3. May all the obscurations of my three doors of body, speech, and mind, And the non-virtuous deeds done through idle chatter and babble, Accumulated in life after life, be purified by this, May I attain the liberation of the heroic teacher. 4. Having said this. Now, at the time of the completion of the chapter, the characteristics of the treatise are to be well explained in words, and a place of rejoicing is to be made. That is to say, in general, throughout the entire beginning and end of this treatise, regarding the debates of refutation and establishment, and the discussions of faults and virtues, and the analysis of right and wrong, etc., whatever may appear, one should not suspect that it is out of selfishness, arrogance, self-conceit, and purposeful refutation. The protector Nagarjuna said: One should not speak of others' faults, Whoever speaks of others' faults, Just like a fox and a woman, one also has the same faults. And, Although one possesses perfect qualities, One should not despise others, One should with a mind like clarified butter, Hide all virtues within. As it is said, it is not that one is swayed by the unrevealed anger of Nanti's self-nature radiance. Like this, refuting other teachings with the cage of sectarianism, and not regarding only one's own side's paternal authority and purity as the most important, but pointing out faults afterwards, if one does not eradicate them from the root, one will not be able to distinguish between Dharma and non-Dharma, and there will also be the fault of not knowing what to accept and reject. Therefore, with correct hearing, one cuts off those words that contradict reason and are biased. As it is said in the sutra: Monks or wise ones, Should like gold that is burned, cut, and polished, Carefully examine my teachings, One should accept, but not out of respect. As it is said, one should not mix ignorance and partiality together, but should discriminate through reasoning and scripture, so that one will not be stained by faults, and virtues will be manifested, so that faults will naturally disappear, this is crucial, and it is also the nature of the treatise. In the Explanation of Reasoning it says: Having a meaning that includes the intention, Having debate and answers, and having connections, Word meaning
