Pawo. First, if the various practices are not accomplished separately, the common practice should be done first. The food should be passed from the right side first, and the drinks from the left side first. During a large gathering, after arranging the seats, the brothers and sisters, with pure perception, regard themselves as the retinue of the mandala and sing with beautiful voices: Ho! Pay attention, enjoy, brothers and sisters yogis! This is the prompting. The second part has two points: actually choosing the answer, and explaining in detail the way of enjoying yoga. The first point is: the assembled gathering regards the appearance of these desirable qualities as illusory and views them as the substance of accomplishment. Then recite: Emaho! Beyond the three of arising, ceasing, and abiding, the realm of meaning! etc. The meaning of the mantra is: Guhya (Tibetan, Devanagari: गुह्य, Romanized Sanskrit: guhya, literal Chinese meaning: secret), Siddhi (Tibetan, Devanagari: सिद्धि, Romanized Sanskrit: siddhi, literal Chinese meaning: accomplishment), Alalaho (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: alalaho, literal Chinese meaning: ). It is a sound of wonder at enjoying the way of great transcendence, free from the duality of what is eaten and what eats. The second point is: In such a state, food and drink must be accepted from the state of the three-fold mandala. As the great master said: If eating food that is separate from the generation and completion stages, there is no difference from dogs and pigs eating food. Therefore, this is very important. That is, according to the food vow of the vase empowerment, one should understand it as the nature of the five meats and five amritas; according to the food vow of the secret empowerment, one should understand it as the nature of white and red bodhicitta; according to the third empowerment, one should understand it as the manifestation of the union of skillful means and wisdom; according to the fourth word empowerment, one should understand it as the state of emptiness, clarity, and pervasiveness. Accept it in this way. If beginners do not understand this, then according to the instructions of Anu Yoga, because one's own body, aggregates, and elements are the image of the peaceful and wrathful mandala of the generation stage, it is originally complete. Therefore, one should have certainty about this, and in the state of remembering purity, follow the method of the inner fire offering mantra as it is. If one cannot do this, then simply by thinking of offering to these deities, purify ordinary clinging and eat, one will not owe a debt of food, and the benefactor will also receive special merit. The great master said: If one eats food without moving from the generation stage of Anu Yoga, it is an offering and delight to the Three Jewels.

As it is said, 'From offerings of faith, may [one] be liberated from all fears of wrong food.' Although it is so, one should not fail to understand this principle and merely use sectarianism and attire to exploit the offerings of the faithful like stealing property or gobbling up food, thereby causing celibacy to decline. As the great Omniscient Fifth [Dalai Lama] said: 'At Dordrak, the pretender's screen, the Tenth Day master who piles up meat and alcohol, and those who are boastful and full of empty clamor are not places for practice.' As it is said. Furthermore, those who have properly received experiential instructions from a qualified and holy lama and who establish virtuous practices with characteristics through the stages of yoga will not encounter contradictions. However, it is regrettable to see those who can only read rituals but boast of being tantric yogis and use exaggerated words such as 'Great Perfection is beyond effort' to ingratiate themselves with lamas and religious systems.
