Imagine it gradually melting and merging with primordial awareness, without making any modifications or fabrications in your mind, leaving it in its natural state. Second, the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva: Son of noble family, for the path of both higher realms and definite goodness, the greatest obstacle is none other than sins and obscurations, so the main antidote for purifying them is the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva. Visualize yourself as an ordinary being, and on the crown of your head, the essence is Vimalamitra, and the form is Vajrasattva, white, clear, smiling, abiding in a half-lotus posture, adorned with thirteen ornaments, holding a vajra and bell in his two hands. At his heart, on a moon disc, there is a blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable), surrounded by the twelve-syllable heart mantra, from which an immeasurable stream of nectar descends. Imagine that the nectar enters from the fontanel on your head, driving out all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations like black smoke from the lower gate, going down nine levels into the earth, and your body becomes like a flawless crystal ball. Then recite: Hūṃ: On the crown of my head, on a lotus and moon seat, Is Vajrasattva, whose essence is Vimalamitra. White, clear, smiling, adorned with thirteen peaceful ornaments, Abiding in a half-lotus posture, holding a vajra and bell. At his heart, on a moon disc, is a blue Hūṃ, surrounded by the heart mantra. From it, rays of light radiate and gather, and nectar descends like rain. All diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations, All impairments and transgressions, are completely purified like dirty water being swept away. Recite this, and be endowed with the key points of the four powers. Recite: Oṃ Guru Vajrasattva Samaya Mānupālaya Vajrasattva Tvenopatiṣṭha Dṛḍho Me Bhava Sutoṣyo Me Bhava Supoṣyo Me Bhava Anurakto Me Bhava Sarva Siddhiṃ Me Prayaccha Sarva Karma Suca Me Cittaṃ Śriyaḥ Kuru Hūṃ Ha Ha Ha Ha Hoḥ Bhagavan Sarva Tathāgata Vajra Mā Me Muñca Vajrī Bhava Mahā Samaya Sattva Āḥ (嗡 班匝 萨埵 萨玛雅 玛努巴拉雅 班匝 萨埵 迪诺巴 迪叉哲卓美巴哇 苏埵卡约美巴哇 苏波卡约美巴哇 阿努ra多美巴哇 萨哇 悉地美扎雅匝 萨哇 嘎玛 苏匝美 悉当 希日亚 咕噜吽 哈哈 哈哈 霍 巴嘎万 萨哇 达塔嘎达 班匝 玛美木匝 班匝 巴哇 玛哈 萨玛雅 萨埵 啊,oṃ vajrasattva samaya mānupālaya vajrasattva tvenopatiṣṭha dṛḍho me bhava sutoṣyo me bhava supoṣyo me bhava anurakto me bhava sarva siddhiṃ me prayaccha sarva karma suca me cittaṃ śriyaḥ kuru hūṃ ha ha ha ha hoḥ bhagavan sarva tathāgata vajra mā me muñca vajrī bhava mahā samaya sattva āḥ,Vajrasattva, oath, please protect, Vajrasattva, please make me stand firm, please make me satisfied, please make me nourished, please make me happy, all accomplishments, please grant me, all actions, please make me good, mind, auspicious, do, Hūṃ, ha, ha, ha, hoḥ, Bhagavan, all Tathagatas, Vajra, do not abandon me, Vajra, make me become, great oath, sentient being, Ah) until signs of purification of sins appear. During the breaks between sessions, recite the confession: I, due to ignorance and delusion, etc., and promise not to repeat the same mistakes. Visualize that Vajrasattva has accepted your confession and dissolves into yourself, and then abide in a state of equality without modification or fabrication. Third, offering the mandala: Son of noble family, to attain the state of omniscience, one must accumulate a vast amount of merit. There is no more powerful method for accumulating merit than offering the mandala. Even if you do not have abundant material resources, arrange thirty-seven heaps or twenty-seven heaps, or five heaps, etc., of clean grains on a smooth stone or piece of land that is no smaller than the size of your hand, according to the ritual. Visualize the entire expanse of the sky filled with the field of merit, without any gaps, and combine visualization and recitation.

In the mandala where the three kayas of the Sugatas converge, with Mount Meru, the four continents, and the seven golden mountain ranges and surrounding oceans, along with the peaceful sun and moon, and the glorious wealth and enjoyment of gods and humans, I offer these. Please accept them and bestow common and supreme siddhis. Om Guru Mandala Puja Ho. Recite this as much as possible. Fourth, the Guru Yoga: Like the root text, the Seal of Precious Jewels, focus on the instructions received, primarily emphasizing devotion and diligence. Third, the special preliminary practices: The root text states, "The special preliminary practice is solely the wind-channel practice of the Nyingma." Therefore, in this context, the wind-channel practice should be performed according to the instructions on the Seal of the Wheel of Blazing Warmth. Furthermore, one should progress gradually from short sessions of practice with which one is familiar, rather than attempting to achieve great leaps all at once. There is no deeper key point than forcibly introducing awareness. Why is this? Because in the tantras and instructions, it is said that the wind is like a wild horse, the mind is like a fickle woman, and the channels are like leaky straws. These analogies are given because by focusing on the key point of binding these, the innate nature is manifestly seen. This quality and merit surpasses even Milarepa, as Gampopa said, "Meditate on this life-force practice of my tummo, Atung, and then you will see the nature of mind." These are not following the views of one's own school, but rather because the early translations of the scriptures and terma are profound and have many methods of entry, there are also instructions such as the six practices of Tsulma, the five stages of Lamdre, and guidance without even a particle of difference, so one should not be dogmatic. Furthermore, to mix the special paths of Dzogchen with these is a fault of limited knowledge. Second, the main practice has five parts: In the experience of movement, seek similar examples; in the experience of attainment, introduce and make a decision; in the experience of familiarity, increase; in the experience of stability, cut off errors; in the experience of completion, completely cut off the root and practice. First, the root text states: "In that experience of movement, hold the clear and bright, and seek similar examples of mind in the three places." As it says, previously, in the intervals of practice when one is familiar with the wind-channel practice, after completing each session, in the state of holding the wind, do not recall the past, do not analyze the present, do not anticipate the future, and in this relaxed state, let thoughts arise one after another, continuously, with great force, and with consciousness
