It is the fault of separating each. At that time, thinking "such a thought is arising," do not follow any arising thought, but tightly gather the nature of the arising thought itself, and relax without grasping. In reality, no matter what thoughts arise above, diligently meditate on this very moment of mindfulness that is full of alertness. Without regarding thoughts as faults, and without regarding abiding as virtues, if abiding, let the nature of abiding be inexpressible. If moving, let the self-face of knowing the moving be nakedly clear. Although the arising of Tögal is the special wealth of Dzogchen, do not engage in special clinging to joy and bindus, but make it like an object of meditation and cultivate the absence of both seeing and seer. No matter how good or bad dreams arise, transform them into impartiality. Always feel aversion to samsara. Generate intense compassion for sentient beings. Generate clear devotion to the Lama, without separation. Up to now, you have recited about a hundred thousand Guru Yoga mantras, which is very good. After completing a hundred thousand, you can send a practice request. Samsara is an ocean of suffering, there is no opportunity for happiness, so we stay in the Guru's practice place for retreat, which is more virtuous than welcoming guests, so cultivate joy and make leisure and endowment meaningful. This is for Pema Chözom. Send the mind training meditation method. As it is said, there is nothing better than unfabricated awareness. If a thought arises from knowledge, driven by wind, then if it disappears without grasping as soon as it arises, that is enough. Originally, if you don't rejoice in abiding and don't feel pain in not abiding, you won't make mistakes. Based on resting in the nature of awareness, if all abiding and moving do not become headless and unpredicted, but are like it knowing itself, then that is enough, this needs to be not confused with examining abiding and moving with intense mindfulness. This is for Jangtse Mani Bhadra. Regarding the question of practice, when reciting, if you meditate by focusing your mind on the deity itself and relaxing awareness, at first, the clarity of the deity will abide a little, but in the end, even if you try to clarify the appearance, a state of liking to appear will arise. Generally, Kyerim (generation stage)

La, Rigdzin Gongma said: "Knowing the appearance of objects as unreal is the generation stage of illusion. The spontaneous arising of appearance and emptiness is the profound generation stage. The deity's form with face and hands is the generation stage of emanation." Therefore, if one is a realized being, one does not need to rely on the generation stage created by conceptual mind. In the spontaneously accomplished, unconditioned generation stage, in the state of self-arisen spontaneous perfection, one can freely accomplish the four kinds of activities. However, if we are beginners, we should meditate on the clear appearance of emptiness wisdom as the deity's form for a long time. If it does not appear, we should remember the symbolic meaning of the deity's form and alternately meditate on dwelling in pride. By meditating in this way, we can perfect the five powers of shaking, obtaining, stabilizing, firming, and ultimately completing, and thus be able to arise as the deity's form with perfect recollection. Moreover, do not expect to forcefully achieve it in one or two days or one or two months. Because the great commentaries on the tantras say that when one's mind matures into the deity's form, one can obtain the ripening-result vidyadhara level. Now some people pretend to want to fix the generation stage, which is completely untrue. When (the deity) slightly appears, Ordinary conceptual thoughts will cease, In the middle, cultivate faith in the deity, When faith becomes stable, You will gain autonomy yourself. Finally, meditate on the deity's blessing, Transform the appearance of outer objects with the power of blessing, Your own mind will meet with reality. Therefore, now as the essence of the meaning, in the lower yogas, although many methods of subduing the mind through objects of focus and so on are taught, because we have the view of the Great Perfection, we should meditate as much as possible on the clear appearance of that inexpressible, beyond-thought view as the deity's form. If you feel tired because of this, as said before, rest in pride, and do not let the downward-moving wind scatter. Just relax a little like that is enough. Also, some people say that they cannot recognize the downward-moving wind, which is certainly true. Recognizing the downward-moving wind requires the perfect realization of vipassanā. In this regard, the thoughts that chase after the downward-moving wind, like a leaky hole in the ground, should be turned back to their own place, and one should try as much as possible to maintain the state of the downward-moving wind appearing, knowing and being aware of it oneself. In this way, the upward-moving wind will naturally be liberated.
