写在嘎玛的首页上。瑜伽三，续部大海的精华。它的生起次第的道用都包含于此。抛弃懒惰和拖延，穷究骨髓。获得莲花光中圆满的祈愿。8。现在不住留，去寂静处修行。在脱离贪嗔束缚的岩洞里。有显现与心识无别的明点，据说有穷尽智慧和佛法的成就。9。这是雪山中的修行者。知 识如虚空般清净的瑜伽士。无所顾忌，随心所欲的自由自在者。再次劝告以清净显现的白色光芒。10。这也是为了支持新来者，作为红色窍诀的后盾而劝告的。向诸位上师顶礼。此生短暂，仅如今日。来世的显现不远，如同明日。中阴的错觉，如同今晚的梦境。现在就投入神圣的佛法。明日复明日，虚度人生。在进入佛法时，障碍会伪装成任何事物。除了具有坚定决心、学识渊博的上师之外。无人能助，迅速收敛心神。好坏、高低，一切都将死去。未超越死亡者，没有比佛法更重要的依靠。死亡突然降临，后悔也无济于事。从今天起，就去寻找寂静的修行地。现在是恶劣末世的尽头。所有不悦意的痛苦都降临了。因为众生没有安乐。所以要投入能带来永恒安乐的神圣佛法。此生即使长久，也终将耗尽于百年之中。死 亡还不够，还要畏惧堕入恶道的痛苦。累劫积累的业果紧随其后。为此要有能带来利益的窍诀——神圣的佛法。即使在偏僻的修行地走七步。佛陀也亲口宣说了无量的利益。如果致力于修行，在一生一世中。现证成佛是密宗的殊胜之处。请你将精进融入要点。我将赐予九种甚深窍诀的甘露。愿寿命与修行同在的缘起。若能成就，莲师将指示来世的去处。第二佛陀大导师。是雪域藏人的天神。若能祈请，必不辜负誓言。敞开心扉，全心祈祷。我虽愚昧，却是传承优良之子。

This life is short, only like today. The appearance of the next life is not far away, like tomorrow. The delusion of the bardo is like tonight's dream. From now on, devote yourself to the sacred Dharma. Doing it tomorrow and the day after tomorrow wastes life. When entering the Dharma, obstacles will disguise themselves as anything. Except for a lama with firm determination and erudition. No one can help, quickly restrain your mind. Good and bad, high and low, everything will die. For those who have not transcended death, there is no more important reliance than the Dharma. If death comes suddenly, regret is useless. From today onwards, seek out a secluded place for practice. Now is the end of the degenerate age. All unwanted sufferings have befallen. Because sentient beings have no happiness. Therefore, devote yourself to the sacred Dharma that brings eternal happiness. Even if this life is long, it will eventually be exhausted in a hundred years. Death is not enough, fear the suffering of falling into the lower realms. The karmic results accumulated over eons follow behind. For this, have the essential instructions that bring benefit - the sacred Dharma. Even if you take seven steps in a remote hermitage. The Buddha himself has spoken of immeasurable benefits. If you devote yourself to practice, in one lifetime and one body. Manifest enlightenment is the special characteristic of tantra. Please integrate diligence into the key points. I will give you the nectar of the nine profound instructions. May there be an auspicious connection between life and practice. If it can be accomplished, Padmasambhava will indicate the destination of the next life. The second Buddha, the great teacher. Is the deity of the Tibetan people in the land of snow. If you can supplicate, there is an infallible oath. Open your heart and pray with all your heart. Although I am ignorant, I am a son of a good lineage.
