Today and, as its friend, the six perfections, rely on and do not depart from the essence of mindfulness. The mind, even if recognized, if not tamed by mindfulness, the seeds of samsara, the conceptual thoughts, will not be exhausted, the three poisons of attachment, aversion, and ignorance will not be cut off, and the leisure and endowment of human life will be in danger of being wasted. Even if considered a lama, if there is no sacred mind, the power of wealth will cause the self-continuum to degenerate, always observe whether the self-continuum possesses qualities, and through the path of observation and discernment, strive in the places of acceptance and rejection, like this, the essence of much speaking is also, do not be controlled by laziness in listening and contemplation, the essence of the Mahayana path is compassion, possess mindfulness and awareness to protect you. At the lotus seat emanation Rinpoche, the teachings given in the manner of inner instructions were written by the Vidyadhara Jigme Lingpa. In the vast expanse, the auspicious words of all sentient beings who walk and do not walk, etc., refer to the fact that the walking are lice and the non-walking are nits. What reason is there for the sayings of ordinary people? If so, then the bardo, which is almost free from the four names, or which is free from form and possesses the aggregation of the four names, as well as the world of Yama, as well as the gods of the formless realm, and also in the evil realms, therefore, all of these are included in the six realms, how can it be said to be the saying of "not walking"? The words and treatises of the past Buddhas have not been found to be authoritative. If analyzed with reason, the law is like the land that can and cannot produce. Like this, the walking are those who possess life and breath, the basis of abiding is the appearance of wanting duality, with warmth and consciousness as the basis. In the formless realm, everything is based on consciousness. The non-walking are those who are separated from the movement of life and breath, whether it is samsara or nirvana, it is better to say so. Just as it is said in the sutras, just as the trunk of the senses is planted in the ground, it will not be shaken by the winds of the four directions, so too is the noble one who has attained the noble path, the sangha of the noble ones. This measures the boundary of the definitive meaning, temporarily for the meaning of guidance, the inner and outer elements are disturbed, and the dependent origination is reversed, therefore giving disharmony to sentient beings, therefore, the world is peaceful and the crops are abundant, as it is said, the basis and the supported

The self-nature of both is the declaration of the Sugata. This was written by the great perfect person Abhayadatta in response to the earnest request of Gyatrung Jangchub Gyaltsen and Dokham. Whose name is the lotus petal of auspiciousness, whose character is the earring of the Queen of Bodhi, with the auspiciousness suspended by the aspiration of generating the mind, may it pacify the heat of the eighty-two fears. The self-form of the truth of suffering, the cycle of existence with existence, although entangled with the knowledge of the Sugata-garbha, yet the Dharma-nature is empty and clear, free from extremes and center, abandoning defilement, it is awareness and wisdom. Even ascending to the peak of the eminent mountain king, it is also the form of the thousand eyes of good deeds gazing, although there is no actual benefit to others, one should strive for the practice that enters into that mind. Because the thoughts of sentient beings are dissimilar and different, this world is created in various ways, and the external conditions and causes on which they depend are also different, one should meditate on the absence of self-nature in dreams. In particular, with the recollection of past thoughts and the hundreds of arising of future anticipation, accumulating the suffering of the aggregates, one should cultivate the mindfulness of the Dharma-nature of no self-nature. Cultivating is the crown of thoughts, the unadorned awareness that is gazed upon intently, is the great seeing of the unseen, even if there are hundreds of aggregates of thoughts, they are destroyed. Because there is no birth, the extreme of permanence is eliminated, self-luminous and unceasing, liberated from the extreme of annihilation, the very nature of certainty, free from the two extremes of permanence and annihilation, one should cultivate the way of abiding of the Sugata-garbha with mindfulness. Even though there are many Dharmas and classifications of Dharmas, at the time of falling into evil destinies and ascending to good destinies, the treasure of the accumulation of merit and the light of wisdom, generate the Bodhicitta that cuts off the root of old age and death. Because the truth of dependent arising of all expressions is not obstructed, one should constantly practice the generation stage recitation of the Guru Father and Mother, the Tsok, Torma, and fire offerings are uninterrupted, and the eight branches of the time vows are also constantly relied upon. In particular, the view and practice of the Great Vehicle, even if living at home, can be relied upon and accustomed to, therefore, one should constantly practice the accumulation and purification that increases merit, and the union of emptiness and compassion.
