In order to stop the movement of wind, the mount of mind, gently draw the breath in through the nostrils, and then release it as it was. This key point causes the wind, the mount of mind like a horse, to dissipate outwards. Thoughts, like people, dissolve into awareness, abiding in the natural state of meditation. As mentioned before, the Lord of Secrets, the Sugata, the one with the body of wisdom, relies on one's own body, relying on this upper body. The location is in the heart. The path is between the heart and the eyes, connected by a single channel like a soft and winding white silk thread, without blood or serum. That is the path of wisdom. The doors are four in total: two manifest doors and two hidden doors. The two manifest doors are one's own two eyes. The two hidden doors are one's own two ears. One's own essence is the essence of the pure Dharmakaya, abiding in emptiness. Abiding in clear wisdom. Abiding in the utterly transparent essence. The essence abiding in emptiness means that one's own awareness itself, without any thing or characteristic that can be established, therefore the essence abides in emptiness. The essence abiding in clarity means that the nature of one's own awareness is uninterruptedly clear. Son of lineage, the very nature of awareness, clear without interruption, this is the intention of the Buddha. Wisdom abiding in utter transparency means that the Buddha abides in the heart, and even though obscured by the flesh and blood body, it cannot be obscured, and the appearance of what is seen by one's own eye consciousness is uninterruptedly clear. This is the intention of utter transparency. Thus it is said. At that time, in order to eliminate the obstacles of wind accumulation, in the interval, a strong "Hūṃ" sound is uttered, and the wind is expelled, this is the key point. If these key points are not known, the qualities of Tögal will not arise. Secondly, whichever of the three ways of looking is adopted, avoid excessive strain and focus on a way of looking in which the eyes do not move. In the *Transcending Extremes* it says, "The key is that the gaze does not move. At this time, combine it with the three ways of looking." Thus it is said. Thirdly, the three key points of guiding the expanse are: when slowly guiding the appearance of the expanse from the three directions of side, above, and below, the eyes do not move, awareness is clear, and thoughts do not fall into an ordinary state, these three.

It is a disease. From the perfection of merit, in the clear sky of Dharma-nature mindfulness, appear five-colored clouds, and golden Garuda birds soar, dwelling in a state free from clinging and conceptual extremes. Thus, three points were spoken. The fourth point is: by focusing the outer object on the cloudless sky, the clarity of the Dharmadhatu is opened; by focusing the inner object, awareness, on the Dharmadhatu lamp, the apprehended naturally ceases; by focusing the secret object on the unfixated Dharmakaya, the apprehender is liberated in its own nature. The first point is to merge the object and the subject, the second is to gather the knowable inward, and the third is to make the many into one. If this key point is not understood, then knowledge remains outward, becoming an object of apprehension; awareness contracts inward, mistakenly becoming the apprehender, and one is not liberated from the duality of apprehender and apprehended, being divided by empty forms. Why? Because the way empty forms appear externally depends on the cause of the sky opening up, so it is thought that they seem to exist externally, but in reality, they do not exist externally. From the clear light channels of the eye, the gateway to the manifestation of the ground appears inwardly; if it were external, then others should also see it in the same way. Therefore, the appearance of objects is not in a real way, as it is said in "Perfection of Merit": All those appearances of the Buddhas are not appearances of external objects. For example, just as a young person sees his own face in a clear mirror, in the sky of the Dharma-nature realm, the appearance of awareness manifests as a body. Seeing one's own nature is not in an external object, but it is manifested clearly through pure focus, complete with one's own mandala and retinue. The meaning of wisdom has no object, but in the time of sentient beings, it appears as if there is an object. In the object of seeing, understanding is great; in the object of knowing, bliss is great; if appearance is seen, experience is great; only self-awareness is the best companion. Because it is not in the object of appearance, therefore, in the Vajra Garland, a part of the body is inconceivable. Thus and so on. These are also divided into the categories of the four lamps, as it is said in "Self-Arisen": In the mandala of empty space, there are four kinds of uncreated lamps, which are made clear by the meaning of non-cessation. The lamp of awareness Dharmadhatu is: in the realm of empty space, the light body of the Dharmadhatu's own nature is manifested without interruption or cessation. The mind body endowed with the five wisdoms appears in the form of the Vajra Garland. That is, going, coming, and moving.
