Due to the effortless breakthrough of Tögal, relying on the key points, the appearance of the five lights (འོད་ལྔ་) and the wisdom of Dharmadhatu become objects, possessing the characteristic of transforming the appearance of external phenomena into ordinary habitual tendencies from the very beginning. As stated in the 'Transcendence': 'This shows the original state of self-nature, not introduced by external conditions, but naturally, from the appearance of objects and knowledge, directly liberated from their respective bases.' Furthermore, if Trekchö reaches its peak, the inner elements become clear, and the body may dissolve into particles, but if it does not transform into a light body, the Vajra body cannot be attained. Therefore, in order for this basis to remain until Samsara is emptied, and in order not to accomplish altruistic activities, the body dissolves into particles. Regarding the aspect of transforming into a light body, whether the Great Transference (འཕོ་བ་ཆེན་མོ་) can benefit others, and the magnitude of the miraculous powers, there are differences. For example, Padmasambhava (པདྨ་) and others with equal qualities of abandonment and realization differ in the scope and continuity of their activities. If observed closely, even considering only the land of Tibet (བྷོ་ཊ), those who act rudely to prevent the spread of the Buddha's teachings obstruct the aspiration and activities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. But merely in contrast to this, even knowledge itself is concealed by the lies of the blue skirt, and those who pretend to be ascetics of Devadatta (ལྷས་བྱིན་) are actually dwelling places for the goddesses desired in their hearts. Moreover, the difference between the light body and the meditative body is that the light body is the stainless, self-existing light grasped by wisdom, and is nothing other than what is seen by the eyes of the Buddhas. The body of the meditative deity, even if the four elements become clear, is still a sentient being subject to karmic ripening and habitual tendencies, visible only to those with divine eyes. As stated in the 'Six Realms': 'The mind-body grasped by illusion, the four elements will dissolve back to their source, so it will also disappear. The light body grasped by wisdom is like the moon in water. This is also the case when life is near its end or exhausted.' Similarly, if one thinks that the nature of wisdom is emptiness, as if it does not exist, it is easy to fall into error. In Tögal, by controlling the key points, strong thoughts naturally cease, weak thoughts vanish, and the inner radiance of Dharmata manifests, which is the wisdom of Vipassanā, the Vajra chain.

From the beginning to the attainment of the Buddha's body, one perfects their abilities, and by taking the manifest radiance of ripening as the path, the three kayas are perfected as the path's appearance. The key to naturally purifying and liberating both internal and external deluded appearances and clinging without abandoning them is found in the Thallgyur: "Mind does not stir from the one intention. Luminosity is clear upon the appearance of appearances, like a face and a mirror. Liberation is liberated as it is. The movement of consciousness vanishes into emptiness. Seeing, knowing, and awareness are not different. It is liberated upon its own ground." Thus it is said. Furthermore, the Great Omniscient One is divided into seven noble aspects. Among these, in terms of the main practice, there are three key points for posture of the body, three key points for the arising door, three key points for guiding the expanse, and three key points for the appearance of objects. The first is that whichever of the three key points of the body one adopts, one should seek a comfortable posture that is not too constricted or strained, nor too loose, so as to eliminate the faults of dislocated channels and reversed or scattered winds. Generally, in the lower stages of completion, the winds are inhaled and exhaled through the nostrils, and clarity is viewed as distinct, so that conceptualization is temporarily interrupted but not completely stopped. Moreover, filling the four chakras and so forth and drawing down the wisdom of bliss is mostly artificial, as bliss is augmented by emptiness. Furthermore, all innate predispositions are closely connected with the mind of the desire realm, making it difficult to sever the seeds of samsara, and there is a risk of reversed, scattered, stagnant, and obscured winds, which can also give rise to deluded appearances. Here, the reason why the winds naturally enter the speech and are not taken as a path for increase, but are allowed to naturally cease from the mouth, is explained in "Introduction to Self-Liberation": "The support of the mind is the body of flesh and blood, the upper part of the torso. The place is within the lungs. The path is a connection from the lungs to the throat through a channel as thin as a blade of grass. Then, the upward movement of breath is the path of the mind. The container is the gate of desire and the two nostrils, making three. The awareness of desire arises from there. The nature of the mind itself is the breath moving in and out, accompanied by conceptualization." Son of lineage, all that arises from mind and mental factors is the cause of samsara. Thus it is.
