Ra ra re! Unconscious awareness and external appearances, Recollection, thought, and the delusion of the six realms, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The bardo of pure Dharmata and, The illusory body of the Yidam deity, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The pure realms of the self-existing Nirmanakaya and, The Buddhas enumerated by the vehicles, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The ultimate fruition of the three kayas and, The various, uncertain, spontaneously accomplished, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The mental discriminations of all the vehicles and, The direct perception of awareness, From the perspective of view, the two are similar, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The effortless awareness kaya and external appearances, The image of meditating on signs, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The activities and play of awareness and, The appearances of the delusion of the six realms, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The self-existing, pure bindu and, The bindu with signs, holding the winds, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The pure Dharmakaya, the realm of space and, The city of Nirvana, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! Self-awareness, free from thought and, The various arising feelings of the mind, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The perfection of wisdom's own power and, The mind's memories scattering outwards, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The great secret, the definitive truth and, The hidden meaning, the obstructing words, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! The definitive essence, the three pith instructions and, The deceptive metaphors of representation, Similar, similar, wrong ra re! Thus it is said. In this way, after gaining certainty about the distinguishing basis and qualities of one's own school, now it is like applying moxibustion to a vital point. Relying on the emptiness of Kadag, awareness arises as free from elaboration, thereby exhausting the Dharmata of emptiness; relying on the spontaneous accomplishment of appearances, coarse matter is clarified into luminosity, thereby exhausting the Dharmata of appearances. Among these two ways, first, for the first way, first the view is taught as primordially liberated, like the sky. Therefore, this is the supreme Vajra path. The awareness of Kadag, liberated from the beginning, is emptiness, without self-nature, beyond thought and expression, its characteristics transcend the expressions of the mind, without aspiration, yet complete with the qualities of awareness. Here, the supreme Vajra path, the pith instructions of Dzogchen, is the way of abiding in the nature of unchanging essence.

Having realized it, without wavering from that state, because the sudden stains of afflictions and knowledge are naturally purified without being removed, it is the supreme shortcut among the paths. In "Adornment of Jewels," it says: Not abiding in two extremes, self-luminous and vast. The vajra of the mudra is immutable. Arising from the immovable mandala. The true and correct doctrine is the supremely stable body. Various bindus are the realm of the body. The mandala with symbols is the complete three bodies. Possessing the realm of no action. Not moving from the one, the dharmakaya. Not dual, the field of self-appearance. Transcending the two, ultimate and conventional. Thus it is. The intention of this king of vehicles is that the essence of awareness is primordially free from elaboration, so it is not regarded as newly liberated from previous bondage, but as primordially pure awareness, or the naturally pure nature of Kadag (ཀ་དག་,梵文:ādiśuddha,原始清净), the uncorrected nature as it is, which is not interrupted in any way from the ground level. Because one's own nature is without essence, it does not fall into any extreme. Free from the mind of self-grasping, the naked awareness that is beyond thought and expression abides in the emptiness, the gate of liberation. On the level of the path, it cannot be expressed by words and letters, and because it cannot be touched by the expression of the mind that grasps the duality of grasper and grasped, it naturally enters the signless, the gate of liberation. On the level of the fruit, because it transcends the hope and fear of attainment, enlightenment is attained in the realm of no aspiration, but the qualities of the part of awareness are complete without omission or remainder, and the perfect samaya abides in the lineage of the radiant vajra essence. And from that, the manner in which all the qualities of the three bodies arise effortlessly, as stated in "Complete Lion's Strength": By expressing the meaning of one awareness, the nature of the victorious three bodies appears. From the body, wisdom miracles arise. Appearance and non-appearance are not dharma, realization and non-realization are liberated from extremes. The wisdom of appearance abides in the essence. The arising, the self unpolluted by conditions, the wisdom of appearance enjoys everywhere. Liberated from the boundless path. From the three thousand million worlds, all the mandalas of the body, completely and without remainder, appear clearly. From the three thousand million worlds, all the mandalas of speech, completely and without remainder, are shown to sound. From the three thousand million worlds, the mandalas of mind
