It is also explained from Arali. In short, whatever can be established as the object of the command, whether it is a Dharma speaker, a man, a woman, a boy, or a girl, in whatever form they appear, they are shown by the power of the great activity of the Thus-Gone One, and not by their own power, so they are regarded as the command. From the Compilation: Whatever listeners of the Victorious One teach the Dharma, Speaking, possessing reasoning, and endowed with them, Speaking of supreme and noble bliss and obtaining its fruit, All of these are the power of the Thus-Gone One. Why is that? Because whatever Dharma the Victorious One teaches, The best of men, having become disciples, manifestly learn, Having manifestly done so, they teach as they have learned, They do so by the power of the Buddha, not by the power of their own strength. That is why it is said. So, can those who err in both words and meaning, and deceive in terms of results, also be regarded as the command? That is not the case. Speaking, possessing reasoning, and endowed with them, Speaking of supreme and noble bliss and obtaining its fruit. This shows the dissimilar side that does not establish the object of the command. Third, at the time of the Teacher's passing into Nirvana: After I have completely passed into Nirvana, observe the Vinaya, Enter into the Sutras, If it does not contradict the Dharma nature, then it should be regarded as the command. This shows the summary of the permitted command. Similarly, from the Kunje Gyalpo Tantra: The realms to be tamed by the Emanation Body, Are hundreds of millions of three-thousandfold worlds, etc. Taming the six realms with self-born wisdom and compassion. As such, the field to be tamed by the Emanation Body, in countless impure three-thousandfold worlds, is the realm to be tamed, and the means of taming it, and their respective antidotes, and the manner of taming, without forgetting, leading beings from the lower realms to the higher realms, and leading those in the higher realms to liberation and omniscience, thus accomplishing the purpose. These methods are also shown in the Uttaratantra by nine examples, such as the sound of Indra's drum, and accomplishing the benefit of others as if having led them to the path of the Sutras. Even so, the object of action, sentient beings, and the actor, the Buddha himself, are in reality without inherent existence, like a dream. Someone becomes a Buddha in a dream

Listen! Although the Dharma is taught, manifested like a dream, Its essence is without inherent existence, its nature unestablished, Emptiness devoid of self, know that it should be accumulated. As it is said in the profound Sutras, In the play of Samsara and Nirvana, which are like dreams, Although the essence of the Buddhas who appear is pure, Their forms appear as if they are the very beings to be tamed. Even the manifestations of impure compassion's play, Cease not their continuous following of Samsara, as long as it lasts. Moreover, with respect to those to be tamed, the essence of the Tathagatagarbha is obscured by adventitious stains, and from objects, meanings, and minds, habits arise, and the various kinds of happiness and suffering in the realms of Samsara, constructed by the appearance of grasping and fixation, also appear as illusory forms of non-existence, like the play of a dream, without even a particle of truth to them. As it is said in the Mindfulness Sutra: "Various bodies and enjoyments, And the appearance of happiness and suffering themselves, Are emanated by the mind and made by the mind, There is nothing whatsoever other than the mind, Like a dream." Similarly, with respect to the tamers, through the blessings of the Buddhas who know their own nature, being free from all stains, and through the aspirations of each sentient being, and the appearance of virtuous actions, the compassion of the three Kayas of the inner clear Dharmadhatu shines forth outwardly as other-appearance, the two pure Rupakayas of wisdom activity, and especially the supreme Nirmanakaya, which appears without obscuration even to ordinary beings, such as the victorious Shakya Sengge and others, manifestly work for the benefit of sentient beings, but this too is without inherent existence, like seeing a Buddha in a dream. As it is said in the Arya Ratnakuta Sutra: "To beings who are like dreams, I teach the Dharma, manifesting like a dream, Its essence is without existence, and its nature is not twofold, Know that the accumulation of selflessness and emptiness is to be done." Therefore, since the nature of Samsara is the arrangement of illusory appearances, and the appearance of the container and its contents is of a false nature, then the Buddhas manifested by the tamers, although their essence does not waver from the Dharmakaya, which possesses the two purities, the image of their forms appears only as an illusion in the minds of sentient beings, showing as if encompassed by the truth of suffering, so both are appearing without existence, like dream and illusory horses and elephants. As it is said in the Madhyamakavatara: "Shariputra, for example, someone sees men and women, elephants, horses, carts, gardens, etc. in a dream,"
