The manner of accomplishment is like the emanation appearing to those abiding in the bodhisattva grounds, from the proximate cause produced by the extraordinarily profound roots of virtue such as one's own generation and completion stages. The qualities and arrangements of the Pure Land of Bliss and the Buddhafield of Akshobhya, etc., are extensively described in the sutras. Moreover, in the Arya Samadhiraja Sutra, it says: "In the space of a hair tip are many Buddhas, as many as the sands of the Ganges River. Those Victorious Ones also have fields as many as that. Those characteristics are different, and their fortunes are not equal." Thus, the Tathagatas, while abiding in the expanse of suchness wisdom, the dharmadhatu, and the nature of equality wisdom, free from elaboration, see all the wisdom of suchness, like a mirror, and the means of discriminating awareness and accomplishing activities. With immeasurable compassion, even in the space of a single mustard seed, they manifest countless aspects of pure and impure realms of beings and environments. Having taught the Dharma of liberation to all sentient beings, they establish them in the three enlightenments corresponding to their individual capacities, and therefore their activities are immeasurable. Therefore, the emanated realms through the compassion of the Buddhas are the self-appearing manifestation of the accumulation of virtuous merit, accomplished through unsurpassed means. They are not substantial entities that appear concordantly to individuals with their own mental continuum. Therefore, one should not contemplate them as places of nihilistic views, imagined by those with impure conceptual thoughts. As it says in the Guhyagarbha Tantra: "The wish-fulfilling tree and the wish-fulfilling jewel, and all the elements, these are not substantial entities, but the increase of merit of one's own mind. Wondrous miracles and amazing dharmas do not come from elsewhere, but are the wisdom relying on skillful means, arising in such a nature." Thus. The distinctions of the emanations that tame beings are: From that very nature, the Sambhogakaya, the rays of light from the clouds of letters radiate forth. The supreme Nirmanakaya that tames the world appears to the beings to be tamed in the six realms. Following the expressions of their respective names, the six sages, the wise men who tame, emanate equally to the number of great trichiliocosms, boundless and limitless in the ten directions. The benefit of beings through the four means of taming is inconceivable. To these beings

The way in which each place acts in accordance with its respective appearances is as follows: In the Guhyagarbha Tantra, it says: 'Then, from all the Tathagatas, the six capable ones, the wise beings called the blessings of great compassion, emerge from the body, speech, and mind vajras of the Tathagatas.' After emerging, due to the power of karma, in each of the infinite and boundless three thousand great thousand worlds of Srelzhi and the upper and lower six realms, each great capable one, the Bhagavan, performs the benefit of beings through four types of taming. As such, from the light of the six places of the Sambhogakaya Buddha residing in Akanishta, the wheel of the garland of letters radiates, appearing as emanations that tame each individual in the places of the six realms. In the realm of the gods, the six expressions and gestures of names such as power, etc., are merely symbolic representations in the mandala of the immeasurable compassion and activity of the Tathagatas through the gateway of direct realization. Their essence is the emanation of the Buddha from the Dharmadhatu. Moreover, when that emanation also sends forth immeasurable emanations to beings and performs the benefit of beings, it is not necessarily just that form in those places and kinds. The Avatamsaka Sutra says: 'O son of good family, the emanations of the Tathagata are immeasurable. He acts for the benefit of beings with whatever form, color, and name that tames them. For example, in the place of dominion, he emanates as the lord of the gods, dominion, and leads beings to properly take up the path of the ten virtuous actions.' And so on, even for those who are tamed by the forms of renunciates, Brahmins, pretas, and hell beings, he emanates in their forms and acts for their benefit. In this way, the Dharma does not rely on words but relies on meaning. Those who have become ignorant of the knowledge of meaning, mistaking that there are such teachers in those places and kinds, and thus slandering the profound tantras, are ridiculous to cultivate the origin of hope for becoming wise while not turning their minds to measuring the words and meanings of the Dharma. In the Gongdu Sutra, it says: 'The Great Vehicle, Secret Mantra, is shown in words of concordant entry. Do not fixate on words and meanings.' O virtuous one, who has not even understood the general meaning of this, you still...
