Transcending the realm of earth. Possessing the dharani of unforgetfulness. The path of manifest realization. Free from the elaboration of many expressive words. Thus, the three kayas of the dharmadhatu, in terms of the distinction of lineage and qualities, are names given to the very essence of perfect wisdom. From the phenomena of names, there is no substantial entity that matures into a kaya, but rather the manner of abiding in the nature of reality itself. Each one's own awareness is the realm of the victorious ones (Buddha-nature). It is neither one nor many, not a substantial entity. Transcending existence and non-existence, like space, it does not discriminate. Without attachment, it pacifies the elaboration of transformation. Transcending the realm of speech, it is gathered by the ultimate truth. It cannot be measured by speculation, terminology, or reasoning. Because it contradicts intelligence, thought, and analogy. It is not even the object of enjoyment for the lords of the ten bhumis. In this, from the aspect of clarity within the dharmadhatu, the wisdom of suchness abides in each one's own awareness, and is therefore honored as the realm of the victorious ones (Buddha-nature). In reality, it transcends the elaboration of one and many, so it is not a substantial entity. Because the wisdom aspect of suchness is clear within, it also transcends non-existence, and is the complete enjoyment body possessing dharmata. The nature of the five wisdoms exists in a plan where they are not mixed with each other, so it abides in the bhumi of the bodhisattvas. For sentient beings, it appears as a form body, the speech is heard, the fragrance of the noble precepts emanates, the taste of the Dharma is experienced, the touch of joy and bliss is felt in meditation, and although it is the cause for measuring the meaning of the words of discriminating wisdom, it does not discriminate in its own nature, and is not stained by anything, so it is the state of transcending the elaboration of transformation. The Uttaratantra Shastra says: "The Tathagata, like the sky, is pure and undefiled. The use of the six sense objects, he also attains. The unborn form, etc., seeing and beautiful speech, pure hearing, the Sugata's pure precepts, the pure vessel, the great noble Dharma, taste and meditative bliss, experience and self-nature, the profound essence, the cause of understanding it, if one thinks well, the ultimate bliss, the Tathagata, like the sky, is free from all causes." In short, the nature of the three is not established in any emptiness, nor can it be determined by any characteristic. Transcending the realm of speech, it is gathered by the ultimate truth. It is the object of knowledge and thoug

Because it cannot be reached by sensory experience, names and logic cannot express it as it is. Because it contradicts all such as knowing consciousness, thinking, and metaphors, even the ten-ground Bodhisattvas among those possessing the ten powers cannot fully experience it. As stated in the Ratnagotravibhāga: 'Because it is not the realm of speech, because it is included by the ultimate meaning, because it is not a place of conceptualization, because it transcends all metaphors, because it is unsurpassed, because existence and peace are not included, the realm of the Victorious Ones is also difficult for the noble ones to conceive.' Such a principle is the realm of the Buddhas, the true wisdom, the non-abiding nirvana, the nature of the Dharmakaya. It is not merely imputed like the two form bodies, but while being non-conceptual, it appears as the form body due to the power of aspiration, benefiting sentient beings, and its activities are continuous. As stated in the Golden Light Sutra: 'All Tathagatas possess three bodies, namely the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya, and the Nirmanakaya. The Dharmakaya refers to abiding in the true wisdom itself. The other two bodies are merely imputed. The Dharmakaya is the true basis of the two bodies. Why is that? Because there is no Buddha dharma apart from the suchness of dharma and non-conceptual wisdom.' Question: 'What is it that, in the wisdom of suchness, accomplishes activities without conceptualization?' Answer: 'For example, just as the sun, moon, water, and mirror, though without conceptualization, produce reflections, so too, the wisdom of suchness, though without conceptualization, benefits sentient beings through the power of aspiration.' The Nirmanakaya is the nirvana with remainder. The Sambhogakaya is the nirvana without remainder. The Dharmakaya is the non-abiding nirvana. So it is. Furthermore, the four bodies spoken of in the Ratnagotravibhāga and the Abhisamayalankara have already been explained as they are in the sutra path. From the perspective of summarizing, abiding in the three bodies is as stated in the Sutra Ornament: 'By the three bodies, it should be known that the Buddha's body is summarized; by the three bodies, this benefit of oneself and others, together with the support, is shown.' Thus it is. Such a Buddha is the teacher who possesses complete dominion.
