From the ultimate and the conventional, for the time being, relying on the conventional bindu, desiring to attain Buddhahood, it is said. The object of reliance, the self and the channels, and the objects of focus, perfect the body. Then the conventional bindu itself, skillfully binds, holds, and reverses, piercing the channels and mixing with the wind, cutting off the intellect that explains emptiness. Body and mind exchange positions. By relying on the ultimate bindu, one finds the realms of emptiness of the Dharmakaya. So it is said. How to bind? By straightening the body, the channels are straightened. By straightening the channels, the wind is straightened. By straightening the wind, one sees the Dharma-nature of non-discrimination. Therefore, the key points of the body are the seven dharmas of Vairochana, or the crown of the head is directed straight towards the sky, so the back of the neck is straight and the neck is slightly bent, thereby binding the crown of the head, the back of the neck, and the channels of the neck. The forehead is straightened without being crooked, thereby binding the channels of the forehead, ears, center of the eyebrows, and tip of the nose. The gaze and upward reversal, and the arms raised high, thereby binding the channels of the eyes, mouth, and shoulders. The elbows are not turned outwards, but are attached to the ribs, thereby binding the channels of the armpits. The spine is straightened and without bending or tilting, thereby binding the channels between the breasts, heart, navel, and genitals. The bones of the wrist touch the bones of the hip joint, placed on the thighs, thereby binding the channels of the thighs. Placing a cushion on the meditation platform, sitting in the lotus position with the legs on the cushion, and remaining still for a long time, thereby binding the channels of the genitals, anus, knees, calves, ankles, thumbs, and toes. Thus, by binding the main channels, the seventy-two thousand channel branches that branch out from them are also bound, and the wind that flows in these channels is bound, so the conceptual thoughts that ride on the wind are also bound. When the wind and conceptual thoughts become unmoving, bliss naturally arises, and it is also said in the tantra: The three channels of the higher realms are bound above the eight planets, the three channels of the lower realms are gathered below the limbs, opening the door of space, subduing power, filling the space with wind, these three together are the swift path of mantra, the twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths of thought, the binding above and below is the path of the Victorious One by the Victorious One, after practicing, there will be no faults such as sinking, rising, or obstacles.

同样,昏厥或死亡之时,风入于dhūti(藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏི།,梵文天城体:धूत,梵文罗马拟音:dhūti,汉语字面意思:dhūti),则不忆念。因此,阿瓦dhūti(藏文:ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏི།,梵文天城体:अवधूत,梵文罗马拟音:avadūti,汉语字面意思:阿瓦dhūti)是无分别法界智慧之根本。”

Therefore, strive in the five root winds and branch winds. Thus, through the posture and so on, clearly visualize the three channels and six chakras. Among them, for the central channel, through skillful means, transform the twenty-one knots of the left and right channels into a state capable of mastering the wind-mind, and the power of increasing the two accumulations. In the three times of death, the wind enters the central channel, and the knots are gradually released. From the union of wind and mind, the four wisdoms of appearance, increase, attainment, and near attainment, as well as the accumulation of qualities such as samādhi and clairvoyance, are accomplished. As the tantra says: "After the union of male and female, one does not speak in the mindless bliss. Similarly, in fainting or at the time of death, when the wind enters the dhūti (Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: धूत, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūti, Chinese literal meaning: dhūti), one does not remember. Therefore, the avadhūti (Tibetan: ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अवधूत, Sanskrit Romanization: avadūti, Chinese literal meaning: avadhūti) is the root of non-conceptual dharmadhātu wisdom." In general, relying on the three states of wind entering, abiding, and rising, one enters the central channel. Among them, in the rising state, visualize it as clockwise, and in the entering state, visualize it as counterclockwise. Thus, the function of the right channel, Roma, is to generate the outward dispersion of wind, existing in the wind of samsara, so the channel opening also faces upwards. The function of the left channel, Kyangma, is the inward entry and gathering of wind, existing in the wind of nirvana, so the channel opening also hangs downwards. As the Root Tantra of the Collection says: "The wind travels above in samsara, and travels below in nirvana." Regarding this, the central channel of dharmatā exists but is not substantially established, so it is Rahu. Outwardly, its two ends, head and tail, devour the sun and moon. Inwardly, the nature of the white and red bindus, A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), are located at the tips of the upper and lower ends of the central channel. Through familiarizing oneself with the samādhi of blazing and dripping, the wind performs the three actions of entering, abiding, and dissolving in the central channel. If one can gain the ability to continuously visualize the white and red bindus, the nature of the sun and moon, descending in the central channel, then the external sun and moon will not be able to be devoured by Rahu, and one will be able to gain the ability to subdue and so on. Among them, as they are divided into three wheels: the wheel of tummo wisdom, the wheel of great bliss dharmatā, and the wheel of channel purification and essence extraction, the first is like the fire in the mouth of the horse-faced dakini devouring the ocean. The nature of the sun, possessing the nature of the mother, the fire that arises from the syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) burns all the elements.
