It says in the 'Source of Discipline': "Meditate on the mandala through the generation stage. Those of dull and middling capacity should contemplate. The mandala of mere mind is of the nature of an instant of yoga. Through the yoga of the nature of an instant, one should meditate on the completion stage." So it is. Moreover, the fact that one's own school considers the practice of miraculous birth to be the generation stage of extreme yoga is due to a lack of understanding of the meaning of the scriptures. Extreme yoga is superior to the practice of faith in the completion stage of the noble path, and therefore, the tenets of the generation stage contradict it. If so, does not the 'Wonderful King' say: "In the spontaneously co-emergent mandala, knowing it to be so and meditating, there is no need here to invite and dismiss with the sequence of different minds"? Does this not show the generation stage without elaboration? It is not that it shows the tenets of one's own school as the generation stage, but rather it is for the occasional need to lead disciples into the mandala of great wisdom and so on. Just as some practitioners of the generation stage, who tame beings according to their needs, also meditate at the stage of Buddhahood. If everything established in the scriptures is its tenet, then the way of entering gradually from the Hearer Vehicle must also be so, and therefore, the sudden enterer will not become the completion stage of the noble path. As one's own school says: "The Buddha is mind, what need is there to say? All sentient beings are also one's own mind. What the teacher taught is also one's own mind. Therefore, since the essence is equal, there is no noble path other than this." This is what is meant. Such a generation stage is only a part of making the aspect of appearance a means, but in reality, the way of practicing the inseparability of generation and completion is: All are the samadhi of suchness. The radiance of wisdom free from all elaboration. The arising of all appearances by the force of compassion in the generation stage is the supreme and unerring path of means. From the moment of appearance, self-nature is not established. The profound path of the union of appearance and emptiness, means and wisdom. Therefore, those who meditate on the generation stage of highest yoga must first enter the path of learning gradually from the practice of egg-born and womb-born. This is the preliminary to both.

Therefore, that is the samadhi of suchness, and its nature is profound and needs to be known from the realization of the state of emptiness. Therefore, the first thing to do is to establish the view of the spontaneously accomplished nature of the ground. That, at the time of empowerment, is due to the power of the transference of blessings, or if it arises in the mind stream based on the wisdom of the third analogy, it is obtained from the ritual, so what need is there to say? Otherwise, in the Sutra path, it is based on hearing and thinking, or if it is based solely on the Mantra path, then it needs to be understood from the explanation of the Tantras and the teachings of the instructions. Thus, the state of the pure ground is from the Guhyagarbha Tantra: "Emptiness, selflessness, primordial wisdom, self-awareness, mind. Without object, without subject, the power of memory is transformed. Wonderful are the three bodies, qualities, and pure lands. There is nothing else, it is just like that." Thus, the primordial mind itself is emptiness, It is the essence of the Dharmakaya, so it can be understood like the sky. Clarity is the nature of the Sambhogakaya, so it shines with its own light like the sun and moon. The way it appears is the nature of the Nirmanakaya, so like a wish-fulfilling jewel, all desires are spontaneously fulfilled, so it is the essence of the Sugata. Or it is the blueprint of the three bodies of the Buddhas, which is inherently present. From within that, the way sentient beings are deluded is also like this. Emaho! From the Tathagatagarbha: "Each one is deluded by their own thoughts and karma. Various bodies, enjoyments, places, sufferings, and so on. They grasp at self and what belongs to self separately." And from the Ngamglok: "Emaho! From the beginning, the Dharma is pure. Various appearances are hidden as thoughts. The essence itself is inexpressible. It is difficult to show to those who are not vessels." Thus, although there is no delusion in the way the essence abides, due to the sudden ego-grasping, it leads to the midst of hundreds of faults of existence, and although it is completely fabricated with wrong thoughts in each of the realms, it is taught that there is not even a particle of deterioration in its own nature. After the previous: "The nature of the three realms is pure from the beginning. Due to the fault of grasping at self, the root of existence. Sentient beings who have wandered for a long time. They grasp at the places of unpleasant happiness and suffering separately. Although they are completely fabricated by the power of habituation to wrong thoughts. There is not even a particle of deterioration from its own nature." Thus, the way the nature of the ground abides is natural.
