Like pressing down a mountain, gathering like water in a tube, spreading at the pulse points, destroying in its own place, and expanding like the sky pervading the Dharma nature, one must be skilled in these nine key points. Furthermore, the nature of wind is twofold: the wind of karma and the wind of wisdom. As it is said in the Chakra of Pulse Points: "Wind has two aspects, namely wisdom and the wind of karma." As it is said, the wind of karma causes samsara, because the position of the pulse changes and becomes disordered, it turns into the wind of karma, which becomes the mount of the mind, from which arise various kinds of conceptual thoughts, inauspicious appearances, and sinking, agitation, and dullness, etc., bad wind conditions arise. Displacement of the dwelling place causes various illusions to appear. The change of the four seasons' winds also causes the end of life, such as the wind like winter ice turning into fire wind, the wind like spring seeds turning into water wind, the wind like summer sparks turning into earth wind, and the wind like autumn flowers turning into wind wind, thus causing the end of life. Furthermore, insufficient flow rate also causes the end of life. In adulthood, if three hundred is insufficient, it is one year less; if fifty is insufficient, it is two years less; if thirty-two is insufficient, it is three years less; if twenty-one is insufficient, it is four years less; if eight parts are insufficient, it is seven months less; if six parts are insufficient, it is five months less; if four parts are insufficient, it is one month less; if ten parts are insufficient, it is twenty-nine days less; if twenty is insufficient, it is eighteen days less; if thirty is insufficient, it is ten days less; if forty is insufficient, it is seven days less; if sixty is insufficient, it is fifteen days less. The change of wind also causes the generation of diseases, such as the fire wind state during the day turning into water wind, the water wind state at night turning into earth wind, the earth wind state at noon turning into wind wind, and the wind wind state in the evening turning into fire wind, all of which lead to diseases. Among them, the change of fire wind state leads to bile disease, water wind leads to phlegm disease, wind leads to wind disease, and earth wind leads to combined disease, that is, a mixture of two diseases, and aggregated disease, that is, a disease in which all three diseases are aggregated. The method of treating diseases is clearly explained in the "Intermittent Teachings" of the great master Vimalamitra. In short, the twelve distinctions of karma wind cause the growth and decline of the body internally. Therefore, there are twelve years, and internally there are twelve months.

Secretly, by combining the twelve times, it ripens samsara. If these are summarized, they can be summarized into the two causes of holding and generating. From that way of reasoning, there are two kinds of actions: the cause of holding and the cause of generating. That's how it is. Furthermore, combining it with external circumstances, one day and night's wind is twenty-one thousand six hundred. If divided by "dbyug gu," one day has eight "thun," one "thun" has thirty-two "tshod," one "tshod" has sixty-four "dbyug gu," and one "dbyug gu" has sixteen "'pho ba." One "'pho ba" has one thousand three hundred and fifty winds. Others are also allocated in this way. Like that, the twelve functions that occur in one day become twelve kinds of differences. This shows the twelve increases and decreases of the wind. Just as the Wheel of Time shows that the key to the lengthening and shortening of day and night is caused by the sun's movement north and south, so it is with the inner wind. The way in which the wind of wisdom ripens transcendence of sorrow (nirvana) is: In general, merely the movement of a state, even though the two winds are one, if the vital point is struck in the channel, from the movement where the channel does not bend, it becomes the wind of wisdom, thereby manifesting the function, namely, bliss, emptiness, and clarity. Therefore, it is called the wind of wisdom, that is, it is not defiled by the name of knowable things that obscure. For example, if the karma wind forcefully enters the life channel, one will become insane. However, if the wisdom channel that does not abide in the two extremes enters the central channel, just as it generates the qualities of the ground of a Buddha and the fruit, even though it is merely the vibration of knowledge and the wind that flows from the channel, the two are one, but whether the vital point is struck or not, and whether it has gone on the path as it is heard or not, from that point of view, what is capable becomes wisdom, and what is not capable becomes the cause of affliction and samsara. Therefore, the functions that the wind of wisdom is capable of are four: From the point of view of the wind being immovable, since it performs the action of the wisdom of the ground of abiding, whatever appears, it is impossible to change from the nature of reality. From the point of view of the wind appearing, since it holds the characteristics of wisdom without mixing, it distinguishes the respective families, bodies, wisdoms, lights, and colors. Although it distinguishes in this way, it does not rely on external conditions, but knows from the beginning with its own nature, therefore it is called wisdom. From the point of view of its arising, each of its own
