Among the two instructions of Na Mong and Taming Indulgence, the first is from the Magical Net Ocean: Three wheels, two wheels, three life-roots, fire, wind, movement, the nature of space, manifestly known above by extraction. This refers to generating the wisdom of the four joys by relying on the six wheels and through the union of blazing and dripping. The navel is the emanation wheel, with sixty-four petals. By meditating on its essence, the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) syllable, one obtains the essence of earth. The heart is the Dharma wheel, with eight petals. By meditating on its essence, the bindu Bam (Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vam, Literal meaning: Bam) syllable, one obtains the essence of water. The throat is the enjoyment wheel, with sixteen petals. By meditating on the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), one obtains the essence of fire. The crown is the great bliss wheel, with thirty-two petals. By meditating on the letter Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: ham, Literal meaning: Ham), one obtains the essence of water. Furthermore, by moving the wind wheel of the skeletal frame, the fire wheel at the triple junction blazes, and the bindus of the four wheels melt, thereby obtaining the essence of wind. The bliss wisdom associated with the four joys arises in the continuum, and this is called the common path of the upper gate liberation. Secondly, by meditating successively on the four wheels of the heart, navel, throat, and crown, as taught in the thirteenth chapter of the Root Tantra, the four instructions of Samantabhadra, the Great Bliss Bindu, the Pure Union, and the Vast Expanse, the essence of the navel of the four wheels merges into the clear light that is free from movement, and the essence of the essences merges into it, thereby giving rise to the supreme, immutable, non-conceptual clear light. The lower gate is the instruction of the play of the three realms, where space is wisdom and the vajra is means. Through the play of the four seals of the union of means and wisdom, one draws the melting bliss from the channels and elements, binds the vajra into the jewel, delights the mother's abode, dissolves all the conceptual thoughts of the channel knots, and then, through the power of the wind, guides and reverses it, thereby nourishing the four wheels. By applying the crown great bliss wheel to the thought of the vast expanse, the co-emergent wisdom is increased in the ripened body, conquering the demon of clinging to ordinary desire, increasing the essence of bliss wisdom, and using it eliminates the disease of aggregation. By the immutable realm, one conquers the battlefield of samsara, and by transforming the conceptual thoughts into body and wisdom, one conquers the battlefield of transcending suffering through the lower gate space vajra path.
