Semen, from which legs are produced, and from which essence is produced, hence it is called the seven subtle essences of the body. In particular, clear white essence makes the hearts of all sentient beings rejoice, and gives rise to the three poisons of attachment, aversion, and ignorance, becoming the basis for generating samsara. If, relying on the methods spoken of in the ocean of tantras, it is bound to non-leakage, then after the sixteen kinds of mindfulness, divided into four groups of four joys, are stabilized, the functions of the individual channels are purified, and all channels also enter the central channel. The coarse wind, previously connected with discursive thoughts, runs twenty-one thousand six hundred times in one day and night, becoming the nature of the twelve junctures of time. Having obtained the merit of entering the central channel equally, all winds are also controlled by the wisdom wind, and ultimately run without changing. Likewise, relying on the transformation of the aggregate of bindus, the appearance of death, which is the end of the aging and decaying of phenomena, is stabilized. If one can combine that bliss of the upper support with emptiness into immutability, then those bindus will also naturally run upwards, so that all impurities can be exhausted, hence the principle of becoming a vajra body. In the Powa Dharma it is said: The merits of this are inexhaustible, there is no old age and no death, and one is young, the flesh is full and beautiful, and it turns into a great essence of nourishment. Thus, the twenty-four places are also recognized unanimously by the new and old tantras, combined with the ten places of Heruka, and proceed according to the stages of the ground and path. In the Two Examinations it is said: Places and near places, and fields, near fields, and Chandoha, near Chandoha, and assemblies, near assemblies, and drinking cuts, near drinking cuts, and charnel grounds, near charnel grounds, these thirteen are the grounds. Thus, except for the two drinking cuts, the places and near places are each four, and the remaining eight are each two, hence there are twenty-four places. If according to the power of the ten grounds, then in the Samputa it is said: The place is the ground of great joy. And so on, near the charnel ground is the cloud of Dharma. The grounds of the ten perfections. Thus. At the time of the thirteenth, the principle of combining the two drinking cuts into wisdom. In the Extensive Tantra it is said: Drinking cut is incomparable wisdom, near drinking cut is great wisdom. Thus. There, the five hidden channels are located in the heart.
