In this regard, it is also mentioned that Master Vimala and Dewai Myugu spoke of using Durva grass as an ornament. However, for the contents specifically prescribed by various scriptures, it is meaningless to think that one can be used to negate the other. Why? Because many Indian scriptures mention using mango and other five trees as ornaments, and some Vajrakila tantras also mention using cedar branches. Moreover, there are many fierce samaya substances that contradict this, so one cannot cling to one aspect. Vajra Dakini says, "The mouth is adorned with fresh tree leaves." and "Kusha grass bundles are spread as seats." If, based on these, one concludes that ornaments can only be trees and kusha grass can only be seat cushions and cannot be used for other purposes, that is not acceptable. The Auspiciously Held says, "The mouths are adorned with auspicious branches." Because the word "branch" has a broad meaning, it cannot be limited to being exclusive to trees. The General Tantra also says, "It is understood by dividing it into two types: good shrubs and tree branches." Therefore, mixing tantras is the teaching of the Buddha, so there is no partial distinction here. Mixing treatises is definitely the work of individuals, so it is not a reversal. From the perspective of the method of pure union, according to the outer tantra, the shape and color of the vase, the ornaments and neckbands, the conch shell, the offering water filled with fragrant water, and the offerings decorated with white flowers, etc., on top of which are amulets, vajras, garlands of flowers, etc., all external phenomena represent the Nirmanakaya. Filling it with the twenty-five essences completes the accumulation of merit for sentient beings, thereby increasing enjoyment, which symbolizes the Sambhogakaya. The cool nature inside the vase pacifies the heat of afflictions, which symbolizes the peaceful Dharmakaya. Meditating on the deity is the Svabhavikakaya. Thus, symbolizing the four kayas, all the dharmas of Bodhi are naturally complete. According to the inner tantra, in the mandala ritual of union, it says: "The vase is the abode of the deities, ornaments, neckbands, and horse-rein ornaments, the amulet is the symbol of great compassion, the five medicines are great compassion and Bodhicitta, the grains are the nature of the deities, the five precious gems are the light of the body, the essence is the wisdom of the mind's sphere, incense and so on are the victory of morality and qualities." Like this.

If a definite number of vases is needed, then it should be done as in the order of placing symbols in a sand mandala, or eight vases should be placed on each of the eight prepared door frames on top of each scented mandala, and the main vase should be placed in the center. The way to generate deities in these vases should also be considered according to the number of deities, simplifying the number of vases from the perspective of the deities. If there is only one Namgyalma (藏文:རྣམ་རྒྱལ་མ།,梵文:Vijayā,梵文罗马拟音:Vijayā,汉语字面意思:尊胜佛母), then all the deities are generated in that one. Placing the action vase to the left of the east gate is an Indian custom. However, placing Namgyalma on a throne has scriptural and logical objections, because it is said that this is not needed in the web of light, so the base of the vase along with the stand is discarded, and the three vases are placed side by side. Thus, the empowerment substances are considered to be suddenly emanated from the heart of the mandala lord, or because they are the attributes of the empowerment deities who are immediately invited. Regarding the place of deity generation, some ancient scholars believe that in Kriya and Charya tantras, the deities are meditated upon in the conch shell on top of the vase, while in Yoga and Anuttarayoga tantras, they are generated inside the vase. However, the conch shell or skull cup on top of the vase, and the skull in Anuttarayoga tantra, etc., are said to be merely containers for offering substances. Therefore, in the Two Examinations, it says: "Everything from water into the kamaphala cup, a little poured for Namgyalma, the vase generated from Vam, placed on top of the precious vase, there the mandala should be generated." Taking this as a direct understanding and generating it inside the vase seems to be a mistaken view. Therefore, although in all cases the deities are similarly generated inside the vase, the difference is that in Yoga tantra and below, the wisdom beings are invited to descend, while in Anuttarayoga tantra, there is the distinction of dissolving into light in the state of great bliss and emptiness, inseparable from the union of commitment and wisdom beings, which is worthy of investigation. In this context of Anuttarayoga tantra, the offerings such as the conch shell on top of the Namgyalma vase are mixed with incense, good scents, and the five elixirs, and blessed as the wisdom nectar by reciting "Om Vajra Amrita Udaka Tha Hum" (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏོ་ད་ཀ་ཐ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ओṃ वज्र अमṛतोदक ठः हुṃ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra amṛtodaka ṭhaḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 瓦吉拉 甘露水 扎 吽) and the three seed syllables seven times. The subtle particles of water are visualized as being of the nature of vajra, and at the end of the recitation, the deity dissolves into light due to the offering of the offering substances. Vajra Garland.
