Clinging to various views of outsiders and the mire of speculation, and exaggerating them with jealousy, thus experiencing the black Dharma; because the profound meaning of the generation and completion stages has not been understood and has not become conviction, just like turning away from one's own maturation and liberation, only knowing the activities of colored powder mandalas and the sequence of rituals, and boasting of being wise; because of fearing that one's own greatness will be harmed, hiding the teacher who receives the instructions, or following the reputation of the world and seeking a basis for one's own desires, etc., are great acts of degeneration, therefore, whatever Dharma is to be taught, even if it is the unerroneous teaching of the Tathagata and possesses great instructions, that Dharma is not suitable as a cause for activities and accomplishments, as it is said in the tantras: To act as a teacher without having received inner and outer empowerments is an act of breaking vows. To falsely accuse a wise person of being unwise is also an act of breaking vows. To exaggerate an unwise person as wise is also an act of breaking vows. To obscure the source of the teacher who received the teachings and to seek a basis for one's own faith is also an act of degeneration. And so on. Similarly, bodhisattvas, from the treasury of mantras, with the merit of having attained one kind of supreme and common accomplishment, like kalpas, we are emanations of the noble ones, or have the fortune to attain enlightenment through lineage, clan, and ancestry. Thus, being content with using the wealth of monasteries and the monastic community, not knowing anything about the allowances and prohibitions of the three vows, therefore not being restrained; with great arrogance despising others, and not being liberated by bodhicitta and realization, therefore liking to punish disciples and not liking to accept them; there is no prohibition against attaining accomplishments, but other than that, those who live in households and are servants of kings, and those who engage in selling servants, should not be made the lamas of kings; if faith and devotion are strong, there is no prohibition, but other than that, relying on eye consciousness will become an obstacle to accomplishments, parents and brothers' teachers, etc., are also the ways prohibited in the Kalachakra Tantra. Among the three supports, the bhikshu is the most excellent, the intermediate is the shramanera, the householder is the limit of purity, whether or not one has attained the ground
