གསལ (clarity) abides there, bestowing the self-nature of the power of words. Thus it is said. That is also the suchness of combining the bliss nature of the upward descent inseparably with emptiness. If one is able to transform it into immutability again, then all the elements naturally rise upwards, and therefore it consumes all its impurities. In the central channel, from the three-three number of the waves of grasping and being grasped, wondrous manifestations and superknowledges arise. When all the chakras are filled with clarity, and finally stabilized at the crown, obtaining the great immutable bliss that possesses the supreme of all forms is the fourth meaning of transcendence of sorrow. In the tantra it says: The bliss of transcendence of sorrow, unchanging, co-emergent, immutable is the fourth. Thus, immutable bliss is established as the fourth empowerment. If one does not recognize such wisdom, relying on karma mudra, and drawing out experience through the ritual of skillful means, this is the fourth with dependence. The way that empowerment actually abides as the symbol of the characteristic of great bliss is stated in the Seven Joins: However, in the wisdom of prajna, the characteristic of great bliss abides as form. Thus it is said. By making that itself familiar on the path, eventually all obscurations are exhausted. The way to combine the fourth empowerment that transcends the world is stated in that itself: Because it does not abide and does not deceive, it is called great bliss. Thus, although it does not actually abide now, because its limbs are practiced and familiar, it is certain that one will not be deceived in obtaining the great bliss of the result. Like this, in relation to dependence, dividing each of the four joys into four, the first four combine with the path of accumulation, the fifth with the path of preparation, the sixth with the path of seeing, the seventh to the fifteenth combine with the path of meditation, and the final sixteenth combines with the path of no more learning. In the Vajra Sequence it says: The place is the sixteen wisdoms, from the first of the paths of accumulation and preparation, to the final perfect Buddhahood, the four places are divided in that way, the second of the second, great joy, etc., are the same as the characteristics of the perfections and the bhumis, but are said to be complete. Thus, combining the upward descents with the cause, and the downward stabilizations with the ground and path of the result, at the end of the sixteen of reversal, at the moment when the two seminal fluids dissolve above and below, the breath stops, and the stream of consciousness that experiences the changes of the three is also cut off, and the four kayas manifest.
