Being able to manifest various forms of body and speech according to their desires, satisfying their minds. Everything is under control, being able to place sentient beings in the state of complete two accumulations, without a single moment not turning to benefit others. Doing whatever is desired means that for the benefit of oneself and others, one can make stones fall from the sky, the ocean roar, transform one into many, and many into one, thus gaining mastery over miraculous powers. All of this depends solely on one's own wishes, so one is said to be endowed with power because one has control over all uncontaminated qualities. Thus, the practice stage of the thirteenth ground is the very basis of the resultant state, the union body with seven branches: The body, being all forms, appearing in all knowable appearances, is union. Speech, being all forms, free from the obscurations of sound and words, is perfect enjoyment. Mind, being all forms, liberated from the thoughts of grasping and being grasped, dwelling in unchanging great bliss, and also being without inherent existence, that is, liberated from the extreme of annihilation, possessing the characteristic of four self-cognizances, is the perfection of self-benefit. From being completely filled with compassion, like a wish-fulfilling jewel or a wish-fulfilling tree, effortlessly accomplishing the benefit of others, is aimless great compassion. That great compassion is constant without ever ceasing, is permanence. The appearance of form bodies and infinite Dharma doors that are suitable for the inclinations and faculties of those to be tamed appear without ever ceasing, and these three naturally accomplish the perfection of benefiting others, hence it is called a Buddha who spontaneously accomplishes the two benefits. The nature of reality does not go anywhere, does not abide anywhere, is inexpressible, pervades all of samsara and nirvana, manifests omniscient wisdom before those to be tamed, all aspects and all meanings abide in the continuum of all sentient beings, is liberated from all sins, and is adorned with all qualities. From where does this arise? It arises from burning all the dry trees of knowable objects with the fire of non-discrimination, and in order to dispel the fear of children, it is established as the ultimate truth of the Tathagata. Manjushri!

This which is without arising and without ceasing is the sublime speech of the Tathagatas. Thus it is said. In the chapter on transcending the world, it says: The Buddhas are the Dharmakaya, like pure space. Thus it is said. From the Treasury of Precious Qualities, the collection that establishes the general principles of the Vidyadhara Pitaka, which is the commentary on the tenth chapter. Please grant great compassion. From the Treasury of Precious Qualities, the extensive commentary on the Fruition Vehicle, the All-Knowing Chariot.
