Those who are sixteen years old are considered to be Conch Women. The characteristics of a woman with marks are: small mouth, yellowish complexion, long face, slender figure, few words, brave and firm, seemingly timid. The pupils of the eyes are clearly black and white, the voice is low, the skin is thin, the body hair is sparse, she is lovable, and her gait is like an elephant. Those who are fourteen years old are considered to be women with marks. The characteristics of Hastima are: long face, slightly cyan complexion, white teeth, black pupils. Tall, slender waist, straight nose, beautiful eyebrows, sometimes hoarse voice, slow demeanor, gentle speech, cow-like gait, dignified and serious. Ages under thirty. Those who possess the above characteristics are considered to be of the Hasti type. By uniting with these secret consorts, one can obtain their respective fruits. Union with a woman with marks and a Hasti woman is the best. Or one can have many children and wealth. The age is not clearly stated. Or one can unite with a charming, young, undisturbed by men, chaste fourteen-year-old girl. Serving the consort in this way can be accomplished through intercourse, service, thought, and sight. Union with a woman with marks, and accomplishment can be achieved through the power of serving the Conch Woman. The Lotus Woman needs to be accomplished through thought. The Hasti Woman is accomplished through seeing and touching. In order to increase power, all four types need to be possessed. If not, they can also be described separately. Intercourse can obtain supreme accomplishment, service can obtain medium accomplishment, thought can obtain inferior accomplishment, and sight can be used as an aid to the first three. So it is said. The Lotus Woman has a pulse like a blooming lotus, so the key to opening the pulse is very important, giving the wisdom of bliss, and is called the companion who clarifies the nature of reality. 因为“ཅན་”和鹿一样，像鹿的恩赐一样，根部和末梢细而紧。因此，主要的是生起脉的诀窍。哈斯提玛是象鼻，像象鼻一样向上翘起，因此主要的是吸引脉的诀窍。母牛“ཅན་”这里没有提到，因为脉懒惰，智慧不敏锐，所以功德小。因此，主要的是调伏脉的诀窍。其中，脉的头长、短、中三种，长的是安乐坚硬，从外部更加增长；短的是安乐柔软，时间短；中等的是应该理解为和没有意识一样。从各自脉的作用方面来说，鹿“ཅན་”能成办身体增长的事业，海螺“ཅན་”能成办语言增长的事业，象鼻“ཅན་”能成办心增长的事业，母牛“ཅན་”能成办意增长的事业，莲花“ཅན་”能成办安乐在身体上增长的事业。再者，从净土和真言的种类，从殊胜和低劣两方面来观察。空行母是：头发向上竖立，脸颊宽阔，肢体纤细，眼睛细长。庸常的种类是：眼睛宽大，头发向右旋转，牙齿多余，从左边看是倾斜的，从右边看是弯曲的，从正面看是非常端正的。如吉祥金刚空行母所说：“无论是普通的真言身，还是净土所生的母。”。其中，明妃的定义是：因为显现智慧的缘故是明，如果不依靠她，就不能证悟佛的智慧，所以从成为一切功德的来源，像大地一样生长的角度来说称为妃。或者，安乐的明点和身体的明点，依靠她的身体而产生，所以是明点。母如同虚空一样，因为是一切想要的功德的来源，所以称为明点母。或者，因为从轮回中执持到佛的地位，所以是手印，从那产生出来的智慧的轮涅的自性，使之增长为佛，所以是印，母是从那证悟的功德产生，所以是不可舍弃的，因此称为手印母。如度母瑜伽母续中所说：“脉的网是天女，同样具有界和皱纹，是女性瑜伽母的坛城。”

Because "ཅན་" is like a deer, like the grace of a deer, the root and end are thin and tight. Therefore, the main thing is the key to raising the pulse. Hasti-ma is an elephant's trunk, like an elephant's trunk pointing upwards, so the main thing here is the key to attracting the pulse. The cow "ཅན་" is not mentioned here, because the pulse is lazy and the wisdom is not sharp, so the merit is small. Therefore, the main thing is the key to taming the pulse. Among them, the pulse head has three types: long, short, and medium. The long one is firm in comfort and grows more from the outside; the short one is soft in comfort and short in time; the medium one should be understood as being like without consciousness. From the aspect of the function of each pulse, the deer "ཅན་" can accomplish the activity of body growth, the conch "ཅན་" can accomplish the activity of speech growth, the elephant trunk "ཅན་" can accomplish the activity of mind growth, the cow "ཅན་" can accomplish the activity of intention growth, and the lotus "ཅན་" can accomplish the activity of comfort growing on the body. Furthermore, from the types of pure land and mantra, observe from the two aspects of superior and inferior. The dakini is: hair standing upright, cheeks wide, limbs slender, and eyes slender. The ordinary types are: eyes wide, hair rotating to the right, extra teeth, slanting when viewed from the left, curved when viewed from the right, and very upright when viewed from the front. As said in the Glorious Vajra Dakini: "Whether it is an ordinary mantra body, or a mother born from the pure land.". Among them, the definition of a vidya is: because of manifesting wisdom, it is vidya, and if one does not rely on her, one cannot realize the wisdom of the Buddha, so from the perspective of becoming the source of all merits, growing like the earth, it is called consort. Or, the bindu of bliss and the bindu of the body are produced by relying on her body, so it is bindu. Mother is like the sky, because she is the source of all desired merits, so she is called bindu mother. Or, because she holds from samsara to the state of Buddha, it is mudra, and the nature of the wheel of wisdom arising from that, makes it grow into a Buddha, so it is seal, and mother is produced from that realized merit, so it is not to be abandoned, therefore it is called mudra mother. As said in the Tara Yogini Tantra: "The net of pulses is the goddess, similarly possessing elements and wrinkles, it is the mandala of the female yogini."
