如果没有和合的明妃就不能成就，因此种姓的观察非常重要。对此，有外、内、密三种，从外来说，王族成就如来，贱族成就金刚，平民成就珍宝，婆罗门成就莲花，旃陀罗成就事业部的佛。从内来说，如《喜金刚空行母律仪》中说：“天与非天人等众，以及药叉非人何者，手印勾召善观察。”因此，如同获得神通的阿阇黎跋折罗黑（Vajrahe）和吉祥大乐等，对于能够勾召天和非天等女众的人来说，是如实开示。其他方面，也说是从年龄和种姓的角度来安立。总的来说，所有女性都具有五种种姓的脉，是根本。在前面的基础上说：“女性 全部具五种姓，彼之庄严大安乐，瑜伽成就皆圆满。”因此，没有不包含在五种种姓中的，并且被这五脉束缚，因此白色菩提心也不会真实生起。对于男性来说，没有这五脉，因此精液会真实流出。由于产生微尘的脉口没有特殊之处的变化，因此红色菩提心不会向下流，但是由于脉是向上运行的，因此从右鼻孔在因缘和合时会流出。从这方面来说，秘密的观察是，如《金刚空行母》中所说：“有纹路者心动摇，持乳丰满具莲花，脐如海螺具螺女，彼等次第而宣说。”自性明显开示的是《权势安立》中所说：“莲花种姓与具螺，有纹路者及象种，种姓即是彼等察，以色姿态与声音察。颜色观察是这样，莲花种姓所欲者，面容圆润肤色褐，声音细柔悦意语，身形体量小而丰，悦意生起贪恋心，发色黄里带柔顺，指甲光泽红而亮，眉间之间亦未断，年龄正当十五岁，视为莲花之特征。具螺女之特征是，面容大小很匀称，肤色白皙牙齿白，身体粗壮勇猛大，容貌姣好令人悦，眼眶悦”， "english_translation": "If there is no consort for union, accomplishment is not possible, therefore the examination of lineage is very important. Therefore, there is no one who is not included in the five lineages, and because they are bound by these five channels, white bodhicitta will not actually arise. For men, since they do not have these five channels, semen actually flows out. Because the channel opening that produces dust does not have a special change in its location, red bodhicitta does not flow downwards, but because the channel runs upwards, it flows from the right nostril when conditions are met. From that, the secret examination is, as it is said in the Vajra Dakini, "Those with lines are of wavering mind, those with full breasts hold milk, those with navels like conch shells are conch-bearing women, these are spoken of in order." What clearly shows the nature is what is said in the Empowerment Arrangement, "The lotus lineage and the conch-bearing, those with lines and the elephant lineage, lineage is the examination of these, examine by color, posture, and voice. The color examination is like this, whoever desires the lotus lineage, the face is round and the skin color is brown, the voice is soft and speaks pleasingly, the form and size are small and plump, pleasing and arousing desire, the hair color is yellowish and soft, the nail luster is also red and clear, the space between the eyebrows is also unbroken, the age is exactly fifteen years old, it is considered to be the characteristic of the lotus. The characteristics of the conch-bearing women are, the face size is very balanced, the skin color is white and the teeth are also white, the body is thick and the courage is great, the appearance is good and pleasing, the eye sockets are pleasing"
