There is no discipline. To whom There is no perception of self, no perception of sentient beings. For those who are free from attachment to perception, where is non-discipline? For those who have no arrogance about discipline and non-discipline. This is said to be guided by the precepts of discipline. Although it is said that way, what is the unsurpassed discipline of the unconditioned, which is the realm of practice that naturally arises for the great yogis who see the noble truth, so it cannot be measured by the understanding of ordinary people's own experience, so on the path of practice with faith, only the direction of the scriptures is respected. One should practice the conditioned discipline with skillful means and wisdom. If one does not possess these two, then the inherently afflicted one cannot be restored. In short, if one does not understand the hidden secret, and reveals contempt for the hidden secret, one should stay away from everything. Thus, if one knows and practices the permission and prohibition of the Vajrayana path as it is, it is more superior and faster than other paths. Killing Brahmins daily and committing heinous deeds. Since it is suitable as a basis for the arising of mantra vows, What need is there to mention the greatness of the secret mantra's skillful means? In this regard, even if it is a trainee abandoned by other vehicles, who has deeds such as the uninterrupted, it is suitable as a basis for the arising of mantra vows. As long as one has remorse and turns away from that evil deed, one should regard a qualified guru as a Buddha and not deviate from practicing according to his teachings. Then, not only from the guru himself, but even the blessings of the Buddha that cannot arise below the Paramitas arise in the state of mantra. And by respecting and accepting each vow, one can exhaust immeasurable obscurations and complete great accumulations. And because there are profound and numerous skillful means, one can become dependent on sharp faculties, and the reason for liberation in one lifetime also comes from the Four Seats Sutra: Killing Brahmins daily, committing the five uninterrupted sins, enjoying the fruits of theft, one can be liberated by this path, and will not be stained by sin. And from the First Great Man Sutra: Chandala, bamboo weavers, etc., those who commit the five uninterrupted sins.

If one follows the conduct of mantra, one will become a Buddha in this very life. Thus it is said. However, one cannot achieve accomplishment by reviling the guru. The Compendium says: Even sentient beings who commit great sins, such as the five heinous crimes, can achieve accomplishment in the Vajrayana ocean and this supreme vehicle. However, those who revile the teacher from the heart will never achieve accomplishment, no matter how hard they try. Thus it is said. Therefore, not knowing the limits of transgressions, not respecting the guru, being accustomed to carelessness, and having strong afflictions are the four doors through which downfalls occur. On top of these, adding great forgetfulness and unclear mindfulness makes six causes of vows being impaired. Therefore, with mindfulness and awareness as antidotes, like a blind person who, after many years, obtains the opportunity to have their eyes operated on by a skilled doctor, one should guard as diligently as they would day and night, six times a day, carefully examining what to abandon and what to adopt. Therefore, if one does not wish to abandon the vows, one must not fail to know the limits of what to adopt and abandon for each transgression. This is the first door through which downfalls occur. Even if one knows this, if one does not respect the guru, one does not value the guru's instructions. Even if one respects, if one delights in carelessness, one indulges in it willfully. Even if one has a slight intention to be careful, one cannot apply antidotes to the side of the three poisons that arise naturally, and the mind is overwhelmed. On top of these four, adding great forgetfulness and little mindfulness, and unclear mindfulness and laxity, makes six. The Tantra of the Vow of the Dakini says: Not knowing and carelessness, much affliction and disrespect, forgetfulness and unclear mindfulness, these six are the causes of vows being impaired. Thus it is said. Therefore, the way to protect oneself from being impaired by these is as follows: just as a blind person who has been without sight for many years, when they obtain the opportunity to have their eyes operated on by a skilled doctor, guards themselves carefully and diligently day and night until the wound has healed, so too, in the six periods of the day and night mentioned earlier, with mindfulness accompanied by awareness, one should think, "I am a vessel filled only with transgressions and turned away from qualities," and subdue pride, guarding against the errors of carelessness. Therefore, having subdued pride, one should know that one's own mind is not confused.
