Now, an explanation is given. Similarly, regarding taking what is not given, if one realizes that the streams of oneself and others are not dual, then one will not fixate on what is not given, nor will one fixate on taking from it. For example, the gods of the Paranirmitavasavartin heaven enjoy the enjoyments they themselves emanate, so there is no fault of taking what is not given in that place. By this analogy, a monk abiding in celibacy, even if he has the ability, can close the doors of the senses and not be defiled by misconduct. A vidyadhara who experiences the path of the third empowerment simultaneously transcends the wrong view of clinging to himself as male and others as female, and has a view of mastering the wisdom of non-duality of object and mind, as well as meditation with three kinds of recognition, and by gathering the three conducts of skillful means and wisdom, binds the channels in the state of non-leakage. Because there is no impurity of ordinary attachment and conceptualization, the wisdom of abandoning and adopting being of one taste makes what should be abandoned and what should be adopted become one in essence. As the Padma Chowpen Tantra says, "The yogi who travels the three empowerments is called a great monk. He can do everything." In particular, the path of the third empowerment is such that the body to be traveled is blessed as the great mudra, so there is no fault of seeing it as it is. In space, the vajra binding is blessed as the samaya mudra, so it is not that it possesses limbs that are complete and undamaged in the tangible body. Furthermore, from the perspective of realizing the dharmakaya mudra of the nature of non-duality of skillful means and wisdom, how could one cling to possessing the limb called "transcending characteristics and jewels"? Thus, all the noble ones of the three times abide in the great mudra of the bodhicitta of non-duality of skillful means and wisdom, constantly abiding in the wheel of samsara and nirvana being inseparable, so after the skillful means of the third empowerment are complete, when seeing the meaning wisdom of the fourth empowerment, it is not that one possesses the limb of experiencing melting bliss. As Saraha said, "He who has dominion over all the kingdoms of skillful means, that mind itself is the accomplished yogini, one should know her as the innate samaya." Similarly, regarding telling lies, the phenomena that appear in the realm of the six senses are not actually as they are, so they are false from the beginning.

is its nature. Therefore, the object of speech and the knowable that speaks are also of the nature of falsehood. If it is one, just as saying that a rabbit's horn has sharpness and dullness, it is not even possible to speak, so the falsehood that depends on it is just a vain establishment. All dharmas are like illusions, names and words are falsely established, practicing falsehood is also false, and the name of falsehood is also non-existent. So it is said. This shows that whatever the samaya of Vajrayana is, one feels pain for the desired side, and abandons what is not liked. Like this, not practicing through one's own experience, but the permissions and prohibitions related to the timing, for those that do not contradict the seven non-virtues of body and speech prohibited from the lower tantras, as permitted from the Vairochana Abhisambodhi and other tantras, on the basis of not contradicting the lower tantras on the top, the way of transforming into the accumulation of merit is also as said in the Mayajala Tantra: If one is certain in the Unsurpassed Vehicle, even if one uses all five poisons of affliction, one will not accumulate but become a collection, and the vows of morality will be perfectly complete. So it is said. The reason for this is also that from the stable cause of the mind of enlightenment, wisdom is completely purified, that is, under the control of the profound view of emptiness that transcends the discrimination of consciousness, the vows of the fruit turn into the nature of complete purity, as the Holy One said in the Sutra Revealing the Absence of Arising of All Dharmas: Whoever makes distinctions about morality, that person has no morality and sees non-morality, breaking morality and holding morality are not different in nature, one who knows this becomes a protector. Breaking morality and holding morality, the ignorant ones do not understand and falsely discriminate, that person has no breaking and no morality, one who knows this becomes a protector. As such, relying on the benefits of vows to take them, protecting them for fear of the faults of breaking them, and constantly increasing them because of longing for the pure fruit, etc., all are just conceptual fabrications and rely on concepts, as said in the Lankavatara Sutra: As long as the mind is engaged, at that time the world is constantly transmigrating. As such, concepts are the nature of samsara, conditioned phenomena are all conventional truths, therefore in mantra, one relies on the yoga of the deity to purify the place.
