In short, now, in order not to act contrary to the body, speech, and mind of the guru, the guide on the path to liberation from samsara, Mahapam Gonpo Garab Dorje (Pramodavajra) said: The supreme guru taught thus: If you recognize the faults of wrongdoing, act according to what is said. Likewise, for the guru's activities, even if the body suffers extreme hardship, strive to do it with your own ability. The guru's mind, not even for a moment, should be disturbed. For the guru's food and wealth, cherish them as you would your own life; the yogi should always do this. If in the guru's pure land, teaching the Dharma, giving empowerments, consecrations, and engaging in meditation and contemplation, do not do them without permission. In short, whatever actions you do with body, speech, and mind, do not do even a little without asking and receiving permission from the guru. Furthermore, any virtuous deeds, begin them after asking the guru. In all yogic practices, do not separate from the supreme guru. Whenever you eat the three times' food, offer the essence of the portions divided into thirds to the supreme guru. For wealth and precious jewels, even if the Vajradhara guru has no need, offer them in that direction. Offer and dedicate whatever essence there is to the supreme guru. In short, all my thoughts should be pure and without pretense, focused on the guru's direction. All good qualities will be accomplished. Thus it is said. Therefore, these twenty-seven root vows are not to be transgressed and should be kept as vows. From the aspect of method, in order to observe whether they can be transformed into benefiting others, the two actions of allowing and prohibiting are the way to show the branch vows. The dominion of means, twenty-five branches: taking what is not given, lying, words of jest. The five things to practice, practice by knowing what is allowed and prohibited. As it is said in the "Clear Light Commentary": Five to practice and five not to abandon, gladly accepting and accomplishing these four, one should explain whether the five knowables are in harmony or not. Thus, dividing the vows into five groups, each with five aspects, is because all the teachings of the unsurpassed secret mantra, from the very beginning, there is no Tathagata who has not attained enlightenment in the great mandala of the three vajras, therefore all of samsara and nirvana are certainly sealed with the handprint of Samantabhadra, these are the vows. If one understands in this way, then all dharmas are Samantabhadra.

of the realm. By jointly combining, one does not create faults for oneself, and with great benefit for others, the samaya of inseparable abandonment and intimacy can be practiced as it is, and therefore it does not generate both white and black karma and karmic results. Until one has realized this, one should only keep mindfulness close to the hidden meaning explained below, such as killing the karma winds in the central channel. Among them, the five that should be practiced first are, as stated in the tantra: Union, liberation, not giving, taking, lying, and speaking words, with supreme means definitely grasped, one should know in those situations. In accordance with this, it is also said in the Compendium Sutra: You should kill living beings, you should also speak lying words, you should also enjoy what is not given, you should also rely on women, with these Vajra paths, all sentient beings will be liberated. Thus it is. Second, the five that are not abandoned are: desire, hatred, ignorance, the five afflictions, not abandoning the five separates from one's own continuum. As it is said in the Clear Illumination: The five correct poisons, the five wrong poisons. Therefore, after realizing the equality of samsara and nirvana, the absence of separation is ignorance, and for sentient beings who have not realized this, compassion arises as desire, hatred arises to liberate wrong views, the view of realizing equality, the pride of not dying, the view and conduct of grasping at duality, and the jealousy of not being able to fit into the realm of Dharma nature, if these five are abandoned, then they are not close to the meaning, therefore they are called the five correct poisons, which is the hidden meaning. As it is said in the Extensive Commentary: In conceptual thought itself is self-born wisdom, if conceptual thought does not move, wisdom is unspeakable. Thus it is. The five wrong poisons are: the general characteristics are impermanence, suffering, selflessness, lack of control, and emptiness. One's own characteristics: attachment and craving for external objects and internal sentient beings is desire, tormenting in every way is hatred, always being ignorant is ignorance, being arrogant and not flexible is pride, and being unable to tolerate the wealth and perfection of others is jealousy. If these are abandoned, then from the nature of what is to be known, one deviates from the emptiness in which afflictions do not have self-nature, and goes astray into the path of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers. Therefore, in the Net of Means it says:
