. By elaborating, one makes the non-elaboration. Thus, the function of meditating on the generation and completion stages is that during the generation stage, by meditating on the outer vessel world as a palace, the appearance in the mind is extremely vast, such as the great trichiliocosm, etc. Or, by training to view the appearance of mere eye consciousness, such as earth, stones, mountains, and rocks, as self-characterized, and meditating on them as deities and goddesses, all the actions and habitual tendencies of the three times appear in the mind like a dream, and the habitual tendencies of clinging to reality in the mind that appears as mere eye consciousness are purified, along with their components. In particular, one knows that one's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases have the nature of deities from the beginning, and by clarifying them, one purifies the obscurations of the form aggregate, etc., completes the accumulation of merit, and generates a samadhi of calm abiding that is predominantly of the nature of bliss. However, in the three outer tantras, there is only the generation stage, which is like an illusion, as well as expansion, protection, meditation on the four mindfulnesses, and collection after the session, but there are no profound stages such as the skillful means of purifying in a way that is similar to samsara, as in the unsurpassed tantra. The completion stage is to gather the elaborations of viewing appearances as deities and palaces, and to strike the essential points of the subtle bindus and the nature of the channels, winds, and bindus internally, thereby greatly increasing the power to eliminate the obscurations of afflictions. Because the winds and mind become workable, it is easier to see the nature of insight, thereby completing the accumulation of wisdom. In particular, the inconceivable completion stage purifies the obscurations of knowledge, and the wisdom of the non-conceptual nature of reality is perfected in the continuum. Thus, these paths of the inseparability of the basis and result, which strike the essential points of the indestructible bindu that is primordially present in the basis of all phenomena, are not taught in the lower tantras. Therefore, it is the supreme shortcut that makes sharp-witted individuals into those of the last existence, which is the secret accomplishment. As it is said in the Secret Accomplishment: The wisdom goddess is unsurpassed, This is called the perfection of wisdom. If one meditates and realizes it, One will be liberated from all sentient beings. Now, in order to distinguish the nature of the vows that are the lifeblood of holding the siddhis of secret mantra, the third, the vows that become harmonious companions, are: To maintain the conduct of entering the mantra without degeneration, to protect the means and antidotes.

Not deviating from dependent origination. To be practiced like poison entering the throat of a peacock. If one does not keep the samaya in this, then no merit of mantra will be accomplished, because one's own essence enters into mantra, so that good conduct does not decline. And, regarding the distinction of its conduct, from one's own side, it is necessary that one grasps it with methods such as wisdom and samadhi, and that one does not mistakenly take or reject dependent origination, which becomes an antidote to afflictions, so that it does not become an obstacle on the path. For example, when a peacock itself lives by whatever conduct it engages in, the food of poison is transformed into essence, and even the feathers become beautiful to look at. But, if it is possessed by another person and given that food, it is like losing life. If one does not grasp it through skillful means and wisdom, then merely entering the mantra path, one does not have the power to practice conduct that is exactly as it sounds. Classification: Among them, there is a difference between samaya and vows. Samaya is not to be transgressed, vows are the certainty of what should and should not be done. The essence is the same, but they are distinguished by their opposites. As it is said in the Tantra of the Seventh Chapter of the Stages: "Whatever is the samaya of the Buddhas is the vows of sentient beings, and whatever is the samaya of sentient beings is the vows of the Buddhas." The first refers to whatever does not transgress from the nature of the samaya of great equality in the realm of the Buddhas, and exists in the realm of sentient beings with abandonment and antidotes, as the nature of vows at the time of the path. The tantra says: "Skillful means are the vows of bliss." The second refers to the samaya that cannot be transgressed in the time of sentient beings, and for the Buddhas, all phenomena abide in the mantra vows of the result lineage in the essence of self-appearing luminosity wisdom. The tantra says: "Then, all phenomena are of one vow, and are called Vajrasattva." And as it says in the Fierce Lightning Tantra: "Because all phenomena are pure from the beginning, wrong thoughts are completely pure from the beginning, therefore the vows are completely pure." If one says that such vows and samayas are the stage of the path of learning and have no connection with the realm of the Buddhas, then it is also unreasonable to say that in the Ornament of the Sutras, the mind of enlightenment that abandons obscurations is explained in the realm of the Buddhas, distinguished by the four sets of mind of enlightenment. Even so, in the commentary on the Hundred and Fifty Verses, samaya is not to be transgressed
