This is quoted as follows. Its meaning is: Unlike the seed of fire that arises from rubbing iron, which depends on the causes of mind and attention, it takes the example of fire burning its own fuel, arising from itself. The appearance of true wisdom, independent of mind and thought, like the fire of non-conceptual wisdom, burns the fuel of mental concepts, and knows its own nature as it is. This is how it is explained, as the instructions of the Middle Way of glorious Dipamkara. Not grasping anything is because it is free from the concepts of grasper and grasped. Abandoning all mindfulness and attention is because it abandons the concepts focused on the past and future. Thus, it has already been explained how the wisdom of individual discrimination, accompanied by attention, is held as the function of things and prevented. Furthermore, from the perspective of the continuous engagement of compassion and activity, it is not that there is no self-arisen wisdom, but from the perspective of being free from the elaboration of the established tenets of knowable and knowing, both great chariot traditions do not assert non-conceptual wisdom. The Pandit of Bengal said, "The teacher, the noble Asanga, does not truly assert non-dual wisdom, nor does he assert the attainment after non-conceptual wisdom, because he has attained the mastery of the three grounds and has realized that all dharmas are unborn." Therefore, there is no doubt that his doctrine is Madhyamaka. Similarly, those who, from beginningless time, have been attached to things and do not understand the nature of the two truths say: If you become like a Madhyamika, then the Buddhas becoming Bodhisattvas for countless eons, performing countless difficult deeds, and accumulating countless accumulations of merit would be meaningless, and the Dharma and Sangha would not exist. Since there is no liberation of beings from samsara, the sinful view is prolonged indefinitely. This is like hail to the crop of white Dharma. Outsiders who speak of annihilation are even more excessive, so such a view should be hidden and kept secret. The Madhyamika said: You have not cultivated wisdom and are foolish.

Those who slander the treatises of the noble Nagarjuna, which have been repeatedly prophesied in the great tantras, are destroying themselves. Because his treatises make the Buddhas become the Dharmakaya, and his wisdom also abandons all conceptualizations and merges into the Dharmadhatu, therefore, since there is no realm, wisdom, object, and subject, what kind of thing is this so-called non-conceptual wisdom? The teacher (Nagarjuna) also said: "Because the past does not exist, Therefore the future also does not exist. Because the place has completely changed, Where does the present exist?" And: "In equipoise and non-equipoise, In what do all these not exist? Cutting off the distinctions of existence and non-existence, It is said to be the union of two truths." As it is said, they do not accept non-conceptual wisdom. At that time, since there is no non-conceptual wisdom and all elaborations are pacified, what kind of thing will the so-called subsequent wisdom be? It does not exist at all. Again, if asked: Then do Buddhas not have body, wisdom, qualities, and activities? The answer is: With three causes and one condition, it appears to whatever aspect of beings to be tamed. Due to the appearance of beings to be tamed, the body also appears in various ways. Wisdom is also the great self-born wisdom. And so on, it is widely explained. Such wisdom, if it possesses the limbs of skillful means, is the way to liberation. If you fully understand such wisdom, You will be liberated from skillful means. Without wisdom, skillful means Cannot liberate from bondage. Therefore, the path of Bodhisattvas is that they do not fall into samsara by the power of wisdom, and they do not fall into nirvana by the power of skillful means. Therefore, in the Secret Sutra of the Blessed Thus-Gone One, it is said: Sons of good family, just as fire burns from fuel, and when there is no fuel, it will be extinguished. Similarly, the mind burns from an object, and when there is no object, the mind will be pacified. Therefore, Bodhisattvas who are skilled in skillful means, because they have completely purified the Prajnaparamita, also know the pacification of objects, and they do not pacify the objects of virtuous roots, nor do they cause the objects of afflictions to arise, but they abide in the objects of the Paramitas, and they also pay special attention to the objects of emptiness.
