There is no appearance, so it is completely constant in nature. Just as the earth is the foundation of all things, it is the foundation for the growth of all white and pure dharmas of sentient beings, and this is the land of the Buddha. As it was said before: Like Indra's drum and clouds, like Brahma, the sun, and the precious wish-fulfilling jewel king. The sound is pleasant, spreading between the sky and the earth. Effortlessly benefiting others, this is the lineage of yogis. Just as the precious heavenly king appears, he skillfully teaches like the drum of the gods. The all-pervading master, with wisdom and great compassion, is like a cloud that spreads limitlessly among sentient beings up to the peak of existence. Like Brahma, without moving from the stainless abode, he manifests various emanations. Like the sun, he radiates the light of wisdom, and his heart is like a pure and precious wish-fulfilling jewel. The speech of the Buddhas, like an echo in the mountains, is without letters. The body is like the sky, pervasive and formless, and is the constant nature. Like the earth, the white and pure of sentient beings, the medicine of all virtuous dharmas. All forms are peaceful, and it is the land of the Buddha. So it is said. In short, the inexhaustible adornment wheel of body, speech, and mind, in three ways, pervades all the realms of the ten directions, and this is called the miracle of magical power. Understanding by knowing the various aspects of the mind, revealing the profound behavior of sentient beings' minds, this is the miracle of universal speech. Starting from the path of vocal expression, teaching and subsequently showing, this is the miracle of subsequent manifestation. The fourth characteristic is that such a path of no learning possesses three qualities: the characteristic of abandonment is the abandonment of all two obscurations and their habitual tendencies. The Vajra Peak Sutra says: Afflictions and those born with them, the two obscurations of afflictions and knowledge are also like this. Destroying all opposing factors, this is called the Bhagavan here. So it is said. The characteristic of realization is the direct realization of all dharmas as they truly are. The Intermediate Mother Sutra says: The Tathagatas have no dharmas that have not been directly realized, not seen, or not known, and directly realize all dharmas as they truly are.

Is thoroughly known in the three times. The distinction of qualities is that all aspects of worldly and transworldly qualities are held as the treasure of the sixty-four qualities of the inexhaustible ornament wheel of body, speech, and mind. As it is said in the commentary on the Uttaratantra: Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great being, all of these are manifested and gathered in one form, becoming sixty-four. So it is said. The nature of these has already been explained in the sixth chapter, but in order for each to occupy its own domain, it should not be regarded as the fault of repetition. In the Treasury of Qualities, it is said: The chapter on teaching the vows of aspiration and engagement, that is, up to the commentary on the ninth chapter, the vast conduct and profound view of the tenets widely known in the causal vehicle have been well established. On the path of error, the glorious Nagarjuna, with the advice of the Suhrllekha, combined the profound and vast meanings with the self-continuum of the Tathagatagarbha. May this also make the Buddha's teachings not decline, but flourish with auspiciousness! Sakya Lord Rinpoche Ngawang Kunga Lodro Sangye Tenpai Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo, keeping only the Dharma in mind, with the earth-heart weighing wheel, the second precious horse hoof, and the gifts of the five inner treasures, etc., being urged by command, at the monastery located on the secluded mountainside, called Padma Odling, the scribe inscribed by the omniscient rays of Dzogchenpa Rangjung Dorje Khyentse, is the Bhikshu Yogacara Dharma Lord Drakphukpa.
