It is the nature of complete destruction. Therefore, great king, you should contemplate impermanence, decay, and destruction, contemplate without attachment to desire, without hatred to anger, without delusion to ignorance, and you should not be attached to the power of kingship and the happiness of enjoyment. Do not be complacent with the fullness of life and health. Why is that? Great king, I do not say that one will be satisfied by obtaining, separately obtaining, accumulating, fully accumulating, or relying on desires. Those who are satisfied are satisfied with the wisdom of the noble ones. Furthermore, in the teachings of the Licchavi Vimala Kirti, it is also said: This body arises from various causes and conditions, without a master. This body is like earth, without action. This body is like water, without a master. This body is like fire, without life. This body is like wind, without personality. This body is like space, without inherent nature. This body is the abode of the great elements, not real. This body is like grass, trees, walls, stakes, and eyeballs, inanimate. This body arises in connection with the movement of the wind, without feeling. This body is an accumulation of pus and impurities, it accumulates. This body is constantly anointed, massaged, and has the nature of destruction and separation, it is hollow. This body is tormented by four hundred and four diseases. This body is constantly oppressed by old age, like an old well. This body ultimately reaches death, ultimately it does not remain. This body is completely occupied by the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, like an executioner, virulent poison, and an empty village. You should feel disgusted and weary of such a body, and generate faith in the body of the Tathagata. Therefore, regarding the nature of the body being very shaky and unstable, etc., one must generate diligence through contemplation, which has been well explained in the great pitaka and is profound in meaning, as the noble Nagarjuna also said: "Lord, contemplation of the body"
