Apart from the three, the Vinaya root, and the abandonment and acceptance taught in the Vinaya-vibhaṅga, are mostly the same as those of a bhikṣu. However, all of these become concordant offenses in the case of a śrāmaṇera. Therefore, when confessing, one does not rely on the object of confession, but relies on the restraint of the mind to purify it. As it says in the Mūlasūtra: "For those who are in accordance, by the mind." Having said that, on top of the thirteen faultless ones, adding the six of "staying overnight, hoarding, leaving the monastery, not speaking, changing the sangha's intention, and sleeping without completion," it is considered to be nineteen. Also, abandoning the changing of the sangha's intention, leaving the place of work without speaking, a śrāmaṇerī does not need to guard the remaining time of the night, but needs to guard the household, considering it as half, Tibet divides it into eighteen and a half faultless ones. Furthermore, abandoning the signs of a householder, taking the signs of a renunciate, and not despising the abbot, these three are not bound by the vows of a renunciate, but only taking the vows of an intermediate renunciate, it is a true acceptance and abandonment. If one does not guard in this way, even if one is determined, even if one takes the signs of a householder for only one day, it is said to be the cause of abandonment. As it says in the Abhidharmakośa: "The act of taking intermediate power, the meaning of life is cut off at the root." These three falls of a śrāmaṇerī become concordant offenses. Likewise, what is said in the Three Hundred Verses must also be guarded in accordance. A bhikṣuṇī is above that. For the twelve abandonments such as touching, and the antidotes and female afflictions, observe whether one can endure for two years or not. Among them, a śikṣamāṇā is one who has received the ten precepts of a śrāmaṇerī and then takes the vows of a śikṣamāṇā. This is also a woman who, with afflictions, first observes for two years whether she can endure or not her own experience. Among them, the twelve abandonments of one's own special acceptance and abandonment are the six root dharmas and the six concordant dharmas, the first of which is, as it says in the Sayings of Sakya: "Do not walk alone on the road, do not swim across the river, do not touch a man, do not sit with him, do not hide faults, do not be a matchmaker, these six root dharmas are said to the bhikṣuṇī." And, the second is, as it says in the same sutra: Salesbram is...

licking, etc., and shaving the hair of the secret place, etc., digging the earth, etc., cutting the green grass, etc., taking what is not given, and eating stored things, etc. Thus, others are called "cessation." The six concordant dharmas are considered to be the Dharma. Thus it is said. Concordant dharmas should be guarded, that is, except for the seven blameless ones, they are the same as the precepts of the bhikshunis. The seven blameless ones are: holding, separating, touching fire, taking food, destroying fields, in places where there is green grass, discarding impurities and climbing trees. Thus it is said. The four root defeats of a bhikshu, as well as the thirteen sanghavaseshas, the thirty naisargika pacittiyas, the ninety pacittiyas, the four patidesaniyas, the one hundred and twelve duskrtas. Two hundred and fifty-three categories, thus, summarize the two hundred and fifty-three sikshas. Among them, first, for a bhikshu who has taken the vows, any one of the four root defeats, even if violated for a moment, will completely cut off his vows, and this is the root defeat. For example, if the root of a tree is cut off, the branches cannot continue to grow. Because the discordant dharma destroys the vows with powerless antidotes, it is called "defeat." Or, because this defeat leads to downfall, it is called "defeat." This is explained by the Vinaya-vastu. Thirteen years after the Buddha attained enlightenment, in Shravasti, because the bhikshu Sangha-datta was controlled by the defilement of desire and committed the impure conduct of his former household life, this precept was established. Impure conduct requires four limbs to be complete in order to constitute a defeat: the basis is the object of reliance, that is, the limb that can experience the pleasure arising from sexual intercourse. That limb is complete and suitable for complete acceptance, whether it is the vagina, anus, or mouth. The intention is to be without shame and fear, without deluded cognition, and with desire, wanting to experience the pleasure of contact. The action is to give the relying root, which is healthy and usable, to the object of reliance, and to rub it. The ultimate is to pass beyond the boundaries of the three paths and obtain pleasure. Having these four limbs complete constitutes impure
