Like Indra's drum and clouds, like Brahma, the sun, the wish-fulfilling jewel, and the universal monarch. Sweet sounds pervade the sky, earth, and existence, yogis effortlessly working for the benefit of others. The teacher who appears like the precious Lord of Gods, skillfully teaches, like the drum of the gods. The all-pervading lord, the clouds of wisdom and great compassion, spread to limitless beings up to the peak of existence. Like Brahma, without moving from the stainless state, he manifests various forms of emanation. Like the sun, radiating the light of wisdom, a mind like a pure and precious wish-fulfilling jewel. The speech of the Buddhas, like an echo from a rock, is without letters. The body is like the sky, pervasive and formless, it is eternal. Like the earth, for white and virtuous beings, it is the nectar of all dharmas. In all aspects, it is peaceful, it is the land of the Buddha. Thus it is said. In short, the three kinds of miracles of the inexhaustible ornament wheel of body, speech, and mind, pervade all the realms of the ten directions, which is taught as the miracle of magical power. Knowing the various aspects of the mind, realizing the profound and subtle manifestations of the minds of beings, is the miracle of complete expression. Starting from the path of uttering the melodious sounds of speech, teaching and subsequently showing it, is the miracle of subsequent teaching. The fourth distinction is that such a path of no-more-learning possesses three distinctive qualities: The distinction of abandonment is the complete abandonment of the two obscurations along with their imprints. The Vajra Peak Sutra says: "Afflictions and what arises from them, the two obscurations of afflictions and knowledge, whatever destroys the opposing qualities, that is said to be the Bhagavan here." The distinction of realization is the direct realization of all dharmas as they truly are. The Intermediate Mother Sutra says: "The Thus-Gone Ones have not failed to fully awaken to, have not seen, or have not known any dharma; they directly know all dharmas as they truly are." The distinction of qualities is that all aspects of worldly and transworldly qualities are possessed, holding the treasure of the sixty-four qualities of the inexhaustible ornament wheel of body, speech, and mind.

In the commentary of the Lama it says: "Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared dharmas of the Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great being, all of these are manifestly condensed into one form and become sixty-four." Thus it is said. The nature of these has already been explained in the sixth chapter, but in order for each to occupy its own domain, it should not be regarded as the fault of repetition. In the "Treasury of Precious Qualities" it says: Up to the chapter explaining the precepts of aspiration and entry, that is, the commentary of the ninth chapter, the vast conduct and profound view of the widely known vehicle of reasoning have been well established. On the wrong path, the glorious Nagarjuna, with the advice of the "Friendly Letter," combined the profound and vast meaning with the self-continuum Tathagatagarbha. May this also make the Buddha's teachings not decline but flourish! Sakya Lord Rinpoche Ngawang Kunga Lodro Sangye Tenpai Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo, holding only the Buddha's teachings in his heart, was urged by the offering of earth-heart scales, two precious horse hooves, and five kinds of inner treasury gifts. The scribe, who was held by the wisdom rays of the Dzogchenpa Rangjung Dorje, at the monastery called Padma Odling, located on a secluded mountain cliff, is the Bhikshu yogi Dharma Lord Drakpukpa. Commentary on the Ninth Chapter.
