and individually examining feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. When individually examining form, the arising of form is not seen, the origin is not seen, and the cessation is not seen. Similarly, the arising of feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness is not seen. This is due to the wisdom that abides in the ultimate unborn, not due to a separate self-nature. Therefore, in the ultimate sense, even seeing nirvana as dependent on conditions, the pacification of the mind is the supreme path of seeing all phenomena as without self and self-nature, called the 'Great Non-Seeing.' The sutra says, 'Non-seeing is the supreme seeing.' The 'Holy Lankavatara Sutra' says, 'Others, seeing all phenomena as dependent on conditions, transform into the mind of nirvana. Because they do not see the selflessness of phenomena, those of great intelligence do not have liberation.' Thus it was taught. Thus, establishing appearance as unborn, after ascertaining it through thought, the dharma-nature of self-nature wisdom is known as meditation-wisdom. As it is said in the 'Holy Jewel Cloud Sutra,' 'Thus, with the wisdom of thought, one distinguishes the specific meaning of truth, and in order to realize it directly, one generates meditation-wisdom. Merely hearing and so forth will not directly realize the meaning.' Thus it was taught. Here, self-nature wisdom is the path of direct realization, holding the meaning of all phenomena being without self-nature as meditation-wisdom. In the 'Holy Collection Sutra,' it says, 'Those who completely know that all phenomena are without self-nature are practicing the supreme perfection of wisdom.' Therefore, meditation-wisdom is seeing the selflessness of phenomena, and naturally abiding in the meaning of selflessness, and thus it is seeing the wisdom of non-appearance. Although it cannot be meditated upon with a mind of conceptualizing reality and unreality, the abiding of mindfulness in the realm of wisdom that is primordially and naturally utterly liberated is what is labeled as meditation. As it is said in the 'Holy Two Truths Sutra,' 'That, in the ultimate sense, is utterly without reality, but in the conventional sense, one also meditates on the path.' And

From the Samadhiraja Sutra: "You should believe and integrate into it." Therefore, abiding in equanimity is the same as cultivating wisdom. The Tathagata also taught that abiding in equanimity knows the true nature of things as they are. In order to establish its self-manifestation, the dharmadhatu, which is as pure as space, is integrated with the meaning of meditation. Among them, the five skandhas such as form and the eight consciousnesses do not exist. Just as space cannot be grasped, cannot be indicated, is non-material, boundless, and has no center, the mind cannot be found, transcends objects, and does not see the beginning, middle, and end. It is free from the five skandhas such as form, and is not composed of causes and conditions, so it transcends the category of the eight consciousnesses. The Mother Sutra says: "Cultivating Prajnaparamita is cultivating emptiness. In emptiness, there is no form, no feeling, no thought, no action, no consciousness." And even "There is no Buddha." The Condensed Verses say: "Forms are invisible, feelings are also invisible, there is no perception to be seen, and consciousness is also invisible. Whoever recognizes consciousness and mind, and the mind is also invisible, such a person who sees the Dharma, the Tathagata says so." Although preventing the arising of the four extremes is the view of the Prasangika Madhyamaka, if one negates "existence" with discriminating thought, it contradicts wisdom and is not annihilation, but the treasure of the bodies and wisdom of all Buddhas. Therefore, if one prevents the extreme of "existence" and suddenly goes to cultivate "non-existence", that is impossible. Because from the beginning, the self-nature is pure, the five skandhas are empty, and they arise and cease in an instant, so they are not constant. Because there is no object of focus, there is no sign. Because it arises and ceases in an instant, there is no aspiration. Abiding in the three doors of liberation is the source or basis of the Tathagata's body and great wisdom. Vimalamitra said: "There is nothing to be removed here, nor is there anything to be established." This establishes the nature of the base, and
