Experiencing desired pleasure and the transfer of semen in one's own or another's limbs. The second is the remainder of holding. The origin is the same: desiring to touch a woman with attachment, experiencing the pleasure arising from touching her actual body or parts such as hair without interruption. The third is sexual language: the origin is the same, understanding that the woman in the environment is spoken to with explicit sexual language out of attachment. The fourth is service and praise, also with the same origin. In order to pursue sexual intercourse with attachment to the woman in the environment, among the services, saying that associating with oneself and desire is the best, whether said by oneself or accepted by another, is mutually understood. The fifth is mediation: in Shravasti, it was established for the group of six. Those who can engage in sexual intercourse other than themselves, men and women, desire to touch each other, and they mediate through three letters by themselves or by appointment, and the two gather and the senses meet. The sixth is the remainder of the house: this and the great house were established for the group of six when the teacher was staying in Kausambi. Thus, on land with many living beings and many disputes, and in a place with the danger of destruction, without obtaining the permission of the Sangha, with the materials obtained by striving from elsewhere, desiring to build a house for one's own purpose, and that house is twenty-eight cubits long, and a house larger than eleven and a half cubits, whether built by oneself or by appointing another, is built all around and covered with a roof. The seventh is the great house: built for the purpose of accommodating four or more people, everything else, such as the land with many living beings, is the same as before, except that it is obtained by striving from elsewhere, and exceeding the size is a difference that does not need to become a part. The eighth is unfounded accusation: this and the latter were established in Rajagriha for Good Friend and Earth Born. The object is another monk who practices the same pure conduct, and without the three bases of speech, seeing, hearing, and doubt, the words of accusation are proclaimed in any of the four defeats, and the object understands. The ninth is slight accusation: the object is another monk, using a slight fault as a reason, in a way that implies words.

It is understood through accusing with false words. Tenth, the division of the Sangha means that Devadatta stipulated in Rajagriha that bhikkhus with precepts in one assembly regard the Sangha to be separated from themselves as beneficial, because the two are not in accordance with the Dharma and separate from each other. The remainder of this division and the category of uninterrupted sins are different. Uninterrupted sins must rely on one hundred thousand Sanghas, just like Devadatta's division of the Sangha wheel. For the remainder, even if the Sangha cannot be divided, it is sufficient to merely participate in its actions as long as the end of the five preventing actions is not abandoned. That is, if each of the first four gross sins and the end of the third statement are not abandoned, it is the true basis of the remainder. Eleventh, following the division means that in Rajagriha, Devadatta's friends, the bhikkhus Kokalika and others, were stipulated to be in agreement with those bhikkhus who participated in the division of the Sangha in thought and action, and did not abandon the end of the five preventing actions. Twelfth, slandering householders means that in Shravasti, Nabhaso and Gatimanta were stipulated to engage in evil deeds contrary to the precepts, such as playing with women and engaging in eating and drinking, causing householders to feel disgusted and leading to disbelief. Even if they were expelled from their residences, they participated in accusing the Sangha of the expellers with four unfounded reasons, and did not abandon the end of the five preventing actions. Thirteenth, displeasure means that in Kaushambi, desire was stipulated. When a bhikkhu who had made a mistake, remembered the island, and developed attachment was advised to correct himself for the sake of the Sangha, he said, "Whether you are good or bad, do not say anything to us." Merely participating in the basis of displeasure and not abandoning the end of the fifth preventing action. These five preventing actions are: intimidation, the Sangha's request, and association with the three acts of statement. The thirty Nissaggiya Pacittiya means that whatever downfall occurs, if it is not corrected by means of abandonment and made pure, then its maturation will lead to falling into the lower realms, therefore it is called Nissaggiya Pacittiya. That is, in the teaching of the good path, it is said that because of the multitude and nature, and the various things to be abandoned that accompany it.
