From the Abhisamayalankara: "Likewise, as long as samsara exists, karma is desired to be constant and unceasing." This is also in relation to the manifestation body arising from the state of the enjoyment body. From the Uttaratantra: "Due to the determination arising from the power of others, viewing self and sentient beings equally, and because the deeds are not fully perfected, as long as samsara exists, the deeds will not cease." The manner of this is that for the realm of sentient beings, and the means of taming them, the activities of the means, and the teachings without missing the time, etc., the manner of engaging in the spontaneous accomplishment of benefiting others is shown by nine similes. Just as the image of Indra appears on a pure beryl ground, the image of the Sage appears on the pure ground of the mind-streams of beings, which are virtuous and free from defilements; just as the sound of the great drums of the gods arises from their own karma, each of the beings, having seen the Buddha and accumulated the karma of hearing the Dharma, whoever has ears hears the sound of the Dharma of excellent teachings, just as hearing a sound; just as a mass of clouds moves and appears and disappears without obstruction in the expanse of the sky, likewise, the cloud of the wisdom of the Tathagata's knowledge and the compassion of love, in accordance with the inclinations and compliance of beings, pervades up to the peak of existence; just as Brahma shows various manifestations without moving from the state of non-leakage; just as the sun simultaneously introduces the light of wisdom into the realm of beings without near or far; just as a wish-fulfilling jewel, although the mind does not discriminate, accomplishes whatever is wished for as desired; just as the secret of the speech of the Buddhas, like a lute, although there are no words or letters, appears in the ears of faithful beings without afflictions, and arises from one's own consciousness; just as the body of the Tathagata, like space, pervades the realms of the ten directions, but because it has no form, it is completely permanent; just as the earth is the basis of all things, the basis for the growth of all the white Dharma medicines of beings is the land of the Buddha. As it is said, as in the former: Whoever is like Indra's drum and cloud, Brahma, sun, precious wish-fulfilling jewel, victorious one.

Shin. Sounds, between the existence of the sky and the earth, yogis who effortlessly accomplish the benefit of others, those who appear like precious gods, skillfully instruct like the drums of the gods. The all-pervading clouds of wisdom and great compassion, pervade all realms of sentient beings up to the peak of existence, like Brahma, without moving from the stainless abode, manifesting various emanations. Like the sun, radiating the light of wisdom, a mind like a pure, precious wish-fulfilling jewel. The speech of the Buddhas, like a rocky cliff, is without letters. The body is like the sky, pervasive, formless, and eternally unchanging. Like the earth, the white beings', all medicinal remedies of the Dharma, are completely pacified, this is the ground of the Buddha. Thus it is. If these are briefly summarized, the three kinds of miracles of the inexhaustible adornment wheel of body, speech, and mind, pervade all realms of the ten directions, this is taught as the miracle of miracles. Understanding this by knowing the various aspects of the mind, the profound manifestation of the conduct of sentient beings' minds, is the miracle of manifestation. The expression of speech, starting from the path of definite utterance, teaching and subsequent instruction, is the miracle of subsequent instruction. The fourth distinction is that such a path of no more learning possesses three distinctive qualities: the distinction of abandonment is the complete abandonment of the two obscurations together with their habitual tendencies. The Vajra Peak Sutra says: "Afflictions and likewise born, the obscurations of afflictions and knowledge are such, whatever destroys the laws of unfavorable factors, here it is said to be the destroyer." Thus it is. The distinction of realization is the direct realization of the truth of all phenomena as they are. The Intermediate Mother Sutra says: "The Tathagatas have not directly realized the Dharma of complete enlightenment, or have not seen, or have not known, there is none, they directly realize the truth of all phenomena as they are." The distinction of qualities is that it possesses all qualities of worldly and transmundane qualities, the treasury of the sixty-four qualities of the inexhaustible adornment wheel of body, speech, and mind. The commentary on the Uttaratantra says: "Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata and, fearlessness."

The four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great being—these are all manifestly summarized in one way and become sixty-four. Thus it is said. Their nature has already been explained in chapter six, but in order for each to occupy its own domain, it is not regarded as a fault of repetition. From the Treasury of Precious Qualities, the chapter teaching the instructions on aspiration and engagement, that is, up to the commentary on chapter nine, the far-reaching conduct and profound view of the tenets widely known in the Vehicle of Reasoning have been well established. On the path of wrong views, the venerable Nāgārjuna, through the teachings of the Letter to a Friend, combined the profound and vast meanings with the tathāgatagarbha in his own mindstream. May this also make the Buddha's teachings undiminished and glorious! Sakya Lord Rinpoche Ngawang Kunga Lodro Sangye Tenpai Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo, holding only the Dharma in his heart, was urged by command with the earth-heart scale, the second precious horseshoe, and gifts of the five inner treasuries. The scribe who recorded this at the hermitage located on a secluded mountainside called Padma Öling, under the influence of the wisdom rays of the Dzogchenpa Rangjung Dorje (1284-1339), was the bhikshu yogi Dharma Lord Drakpukpa. The Commentary on the Treasury of Qualities, The Chariot of Two Truths, chapters seven through nine.
