Yeah. If you don't listen to those words, you will fall into evil destinies because of anger. Jealous of the high, compete with the equal, arrogant to the lowly, conceited when praised, angry when unpleasant things are said, when will it be beneficial to children? So it is said. Therefore, relative to the noble ones, all those with afflictions are said to be of the nature of children. Because the nature of ordinary people is difficult to approach, I cannot fulfill their wishes, nor can I rely on them to achieve liberation and omniscience, so before self-interest is not completed, it is enough as long as sentient beings are not abandoned in the heart. From the perspective of practice, all associating friends should be abandoned, and one should go to the forest and secluded places to practice meditation single-mindedly. Because that also did not accomplish self-interest, and I will not change for them, so stay away from children. Just like this. Then, in order to reveal the faults of the object, the object is more powerful than poison, because its ripening result is rough. Although it feels happy when enjoying it, it is not for one lifetime, but for all lifetimes that cannot be cured with supreme mantras and medicines. If someone has not tamed the elephant of his mind, there is no greater illusion of deception than the object. As long as the aggregates of the aggregates are still on the shoulders, one should approach the quiet forest. That is to say, due to the strong desire for the object, the six senses are mobilized, and its iron locks bind you in the prison of samsara, causing good deeds to be wasted. Desires are like salt water, no matter how much you enjoy them, you can't be satisfied. This fault is caused by relying on the object, and it has been said before. Like this, the power of poison can only make the body uncomfortable in one lifetime, but it cannot cause harm in future lives. Moreover, if used in a skillful way, it will become essence and medicine. The faults of the five objects related to desire are that when enjoying it temporarily, it will appear in the form of merit like tasting delicious food, but in fact it will become the source of all faults, and it is an object that cannot be cured by mantras and medicines. The "Study Book" says: The object and poison are similar, and it is happy only when tasting it for the first time. Object and

Like poison, its maturation is unbearable. Objects are like poison, shrouded in the darkness of ignorance. Objects are like poison, difficult to resist and ever-changing. If objects and poisons are carefully examined with wisdom, The fault lies in that objects are not as simple as poison, their nature is unbearable. Poison only becomes poison in one lifetime, While objects can become poison in future lives as well. Poison, when mixed with poison, can be completely pacified, And can be cured with supreme mantras and antidotal medicines. Poison, if used skillfully, can benefit people, But the great poison of objects is never like that. Thus it is said. It also shows the faults of having objects of desire: Just as a calf is born at the edge of a deep well, And becomes attached to just a few blades of grass, Falling into the abyss without achieving its goal, The desire for worldly happiness is also similar. Thus it is said, just as a calf is born at the edge of a deep well, and because it is attached to a few blades of grass, it falls into the abyss and dies before even eating the grass. Similarly, the fault of craving worldly desires and clinging to objects is: it is the same, and one will not achieve happiness in future lives, but will fall into the great battlefield of bad migrations. Therefore, it is also said in the *Friendly Letter*: Those who are always unstable and wavering Towards the objects of the six senses, Are more victorious than the enemy forces on the battlefield. The wise call the former the most courageous. Thus it is said, those who conquer the enemies on the battlefield, the wise and intelligent ones consider that first subduing the six senses and conquering them is the greatest hero. Therefore, for the untamed, unpacified, and extremely ignorant elephant of the mind, which is related to the objects of the senses, there is no greater means than using deceptive illusions. Therefore, one should lead the aggregates of compositional factors to the bier carrying the corpse, until it enters the peaceful forest to practice meditation. As it says in *Words of Seclusion*: Until four men lift the body And place it on the bier, Until then, one should wholeheartedly go to a secluded place, And practice the samadhi of peace. Thus it is said. What are the benefits of going to the forest? The borderlands or pastures are pleasing to the mind, but also increase sorrow. Abandon friends of evil, such as commerce and agriculture, taxes

I am free from strife and clamor, not burdened by livelihood. The birds and beasts do not make unpleasant sounds. Clear springs and abundant fruits are available for wide enjoyment, and the caves in the rocks and the mansions of leaves are spacious. The shade of the trees is cool, and it is pleasant to be with them. When will I be able to dwell here together? That remote place, at its end, is a village with few people, and the remote monastery is at least far from the noise. It is the desire of those who are weary of samsara, and sorrow naturally increases. There is no trade or farming to worry about, and one cannot be seduced by sinful friends. There are no taxes or levies. Life is easy to obtain naturally, so one is not burdened by livelihood. The birds sing sweetly, and the wild animals play leisurely, with not the slightest discord. Clear springs, flowers, fruits, sprouts, medicines, roots, leaves, wind food, and so on, can be relied upon, so it is a vast place of enjoyment that pleases the noble ones. Natural caves and houses made of leaves have few affairs. The shade of the trees is skilled at dispelling heat, and it is pleasant to be with them. When will we be able to dwell with them? Generate such longing and be weary of home and noisy places. In the teachings, it says: Trees with abundant roots, fruits, bark, and leaves are possessed, forests are unconstrained, mountain streams flow coolly, with no place to stop. On the banks of the river, fruits and flowers are scattered, decorating it, and there is no end to the beauty. Why be deluded by a hellish home and stay? So on. Praising from the perspective of benefit: There, the four seasons are new guests, changes manifest, and the forests show off. Themselves not being afflictions, as proof, look at the merit of walking seven steps. There, the qualities of solitude, such as forests, are like this: For the nature of conditioned phenomena, which are without essence and dissolve separately, clinging to them as permanent, and also foolish people who delight in them, the changes of the four seasons, the extremely turbulent nature of the forests, clearly show as if showing off, therefore surpassing false renunciation and sorrow, increasing, and becoming a motivation for diligence.
