It should be understood. In that case, the Mother Intermediate states, "Alas! In Jambudvipa, the second turning of the Wheel of Dharma will occur." And in the Seven Hundred Stanza Prajnaparamita, it says, "Having recited three times, the Wheel of Dharma turned in twelve aspects." If someone thinks these are contradictory, then for those with the intelligence to enter gradually, it seems that the three wheels were taught in sequence, which is not contradictory. For those with the intelligence to enter simultaneously, it appears as if it was shown in the instant of completing the action. As it says in the Sutra of the Array of Merits, "I have not spoken anything, yet beings perceive the pervasive lord. Whenever they wish to manifest gradually, it is the same for all of them. When entering at the same time, the complete categories of Dharma appear. That which fulfills all wishes like a wish-fulfilling gem, that is the greatness of speech." Even so, in the Definitive Explanation of Intent, it says, "Because different Dharmas were spoken, but different places and different times were not explained." If one fears that this would hinder the sequential teaching, then the various distinctions mentioned within the same category of Dharma refer to those spoken without interruption by other times and places. It does not mean that other categories of Dharma were not taught at other times and places, so it is not shown in the ultimate sense, but in the conventional sense. There is no need to extend such a double tongue. In the Prophecy of Intent, it also says, "Without conception and without confusion, in one pleasing vajra speech, due to the thoughts of the trainees, it transforms into many distinctions." Although this is so, in the common appearance, the speech qualities of the Buddha's emanation body are complete with sixty branches. If we follow the meaning of the inconceivable secret shown in the Twenty Thousand Stanza Prajnaparamita, in order to show the good roots of sentient beings' realms, the speech is gentle; to touch happiness in this very life, it is soft; for the sake of good meaning, it is pleasing; for the sake of good letters, it is agreeable; because it arises from the unsurpassed state beyond the world, it is pure; because it is free from all habitual imprints of afflictions, it is immaculate; because the words and letters are very famous, it is very clear; and heretics

Because it possesses the power and virtue to completely destroy the views of all evil intellects, it is pleasant and delightful. Because practice inevitably leads to liberation, it is worthy of being heard. Because it cannot be refuted by all opponents, it is invincible. Because it makes all beings happy, it is beautiful. Because it is an antidote to desire and so on, it is gentle. Because the method of establishing precepts is easy, it is not harsh. Because it correctly shows the means of liberation, it is not rude. Because it teaches the discipline of all three vehicles, it is supremely disciplined. Because it is an antidote to distraction, it is pleasing to the ear. Because it generates samadhi, it makes the body calm. Because it generates the supreme joy of vipashyana, it makes the mind calm. Because it cuts off doubt, it makes the heart happy. Because it eliminates wrong and uncertainty, it generates joy and happiness. Because there is no regret in practice, there is no suffering at all. Because it is the basis for the perfection arising from hearing, it should be fully known. Because it is the basis for the perfection of wisdom arising from thought, it should be discerned. Because the teacher teaches the Dharma without concealing the example, it is clear. Because it makes those who have attained their own benefit rejoice, it is pleasing. Because those who have not attained their own benefit should rejoice, it is manifestly joyful. Because it correctly teaches inconceivable dharmas, it is all-knowing. Because it correctly teaches inconceivable dharmas, it should be discerned. Because it does not contradict valid cognition, it is logical. Because it teaches disciples according to their individual capacities, it is relevant. Because it does not speak meaningless words, it is free from the fault of repetition. Because it frightens all groups of non-Buddhists, it has the force of a lion's roar. Because of the vastness of the speech, it has the sound of an elephant's cry. Because of its depth, it has the sound of a dragon's roar. Because it is worthy of being received, it has the sound of a vidyadhara. Because it is extremely pleasant, it has the song of a gandharva; and sharpness and
