Or because the moment of enjoying singing and dancing suddenly arrives, or because one swallows adulterated poisonous food, causing the body's radiance to disappear and the eyes' vision to decline, or because the asceticism of warding off demons in bed causes the body to quickly become emaciated and suffer, or a body that enjoys art is easily wounded by art itself, like this. The suffering of formation is all-pervasive: the feet cannot bear to touch the ground, and the weary mind also climbs the elephant's neck, but if its mind becomes wildly arrogant, falling into a cliff demonstrates the suffering of formation. In this regard, one can cite stories from past generations as examples: In the royal palace called Light, King Bright was happy to climb the elephant's neck, so he said to the elephant trainer: Hey, be careful! This best elephant is obtained by us through the power of merit that cannot bear to have our feet touch the ground, so you must tame it. The elephant trainer replied: According to your command. So, he listened to the instruction to receive even a burning iron hammer with his nose without hesitation,

The feelings of aging, sickness, and death wander everywhere, encountering ugly enemies one does not wish to see, pain becomes accustomed in the heart, going to places that are not places of refuge, being amazed by arriving at places of desire, asceticism gathers upon the aggregates of appropriation, enduring the eight kinds of suffering, the vine of human life is always tormented. Having briefly revealed this, in order to distinguish the individual natures in detail, first, the suffering of birth is explained: extremely filthy, impure, and turbid, in a narrow and dense darkness everywhere, the womb is like an iron house, like a prison with closed doors and windows, ignorance and consciousness rely on the center of sperm and blood. Thus, the nature of the womb is like a muddy swamp, filthy everywhere, vast and invisible, in a house of iron without doors, the intermediate being, mostly with past habits, the scent-eater approaches and enters, the consciousness that is not awareness, carrying the vessel of wind and mind, dwells in the center of the parents' sperm and blood. Wriggling, rolling, like a strip, hardening, spherical, fish-like, like a turtle, in seventy-six weeks, in an unpleasant state of change, the senses, limbs, hairs, etc., are formed. When the number of thirty-seven weeks is obtained, it shakes due to growth and expansion, and suffers from feelings, the mother's behavior, hunger, thirst, heat, cold, and other changes cause immeasurable suffering. What follows at the time of childbirth, that body, is like the unbearable burden of contraction and destruction being transferred, overestimating due to approaching suffering, both mother and child may lose their lives. Another is giving birth due to the burden of increasing harm, the fetus is wrapped in amniotic fluid, filthy and unbearable, like a ruptured sarcoma, all past memories are lost, experiencing the suffering caused by the harm of touch. The first week of entering is wriggling, like the state of mercury. The second week is rolling, like the state of mucus. The third week is like a strip, like the state of a finger. The fourth week is hardening, like the state of an egg. The fifth week is spherical, like the state of a lump of flesh. The sixth week is pervasive, like the state of a fish. The seventh week is like a turtle, the head and limbs slightly appearing. From then until the twenty-sixth week, the limbs and fingers of the body
