It exists like a stream of water, so it is destroyed by water. Third, because there is the movement of breathing, like wind, so it is destroyed by wind. Moreover, unlike the coarse wind channels and the relationship of dependence and being depended upon in the desire realm, it is the same as the component obtained from the first atom born of maturation, the breath flows, and the nature of meditation is also purified by it. Whether these meditations are accomplished or not, for those who practice yoga, whether they are harmed or not harmed by the enemies of the elements, they are the same in nature. Now, the discriminating thoughts of mind and mental factors have not stopped, feelings of liking or disliking exist separately, and the movement of wind has not stopped. The consciousness of self-awareness is bound by the rope of mindfulness and retention, and if even worldly meditation is not accomplished, then it is temporarily turned away from the wisdom of the Victorious One who transcends the world. The fourth dhyana does not have the harm of the four elements similar to the destruction at the end of the kalpa, but because of the death and transmigration of each person's karma, it is not permanent. What is the cause of non-destruction? From then on, the action of investigation and analysis similar to the first dhyana, the coarse mind and mental factors, and the joy and happiness of attachment to the taste of meditation similar to the second dhyana, and the nature of the moving wind similar to the third dhyana, these three make its samadhi unshakeable. The four elements corresponding to the three conditions cannot harm it, because for those who have no enemies, it symbolizes no destruction. So, which three are destroyed and which two are not destroyed? Space opens up the space of destruction, existing in the dharmadhatu, without the nature of harm. Earth exists as an object to be destroyed, but not as a subject of destruction. Before those meditations are destroyed, the gods there naturally obtain a higher mind and are reborn in the good realms and so on. Thus, from the beginning of destruction to complete destruction, there are twenty intermediate kalpas. The fourth meaning is The empty kalpa, everything abides in the nature of one space, as the container world that is the support and the sentient beings that are supported, are empty in the dharmadhatu of conditioned and unconditioned phenomena. In the ultimate sense, the form body abides in the dharmadhatu of the dharmakaya, symbolizing nirvana.

Relating the formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness of the world, it is said in the *Mūlamadhyamakakārikā*: "What is meant is destruction and formation, as well as abiding and emptiness, birth and old age and sickness and death, are all the wheel of existence." It is said like that. Thus, the duration of emptiness is also twenty intermediate kalpas. Afterwards, again from the gathering of dust particles, the beginning of establishing a world, in sixty dark kalpas, there are sixty formations, abidings, destructions, and emptinesses. After that, in a kalpa like a star, countless Buddhas appear, which is the lamp kalpa. That is, on the filaments of the lotus in the hand of Vairochana Great Snow Sea, there are five pure lands of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, called adorned with flowers as the base and essence, from the five sets of five, the thirteenth is the heart, the auspicious calf directly faces the pure land of the Vajrayana, in the sky of this site of a hundred million koṭis of the Sahā world, countless worlds have appeared before, and in the end of the future, there will also be kalpas of formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness, and countless worlds will appear, the other ten directions are also the same. Thus, the twenty intermediate kalpas of equal time between the four of formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness are added together, and eighty intermediate kalpas are called one great kalpa. In the period when they exist and form well, they are hard, stable, unmoving, unable to be destroyed by any cause or condition, prosperous and flourishing, and filled with many beings. However, the very name "world" is doomed, and from the end of formation, decline begins, and eventually everything is destroyed and emptied. Look at this situation. Observing in this way, our body is as fragile as a bee of one day, life is very unstable, surrounded by many harms, and even more difficult to trust than a water bubble, therefore, we should be extremely disgusted and strive for the holy Dharma of liberation. That is the meaning of the summary. As it is said in *Words on Impermanence*: "Where the lands will be burned, Mount Meru will also be destroyed into ashes, and the water of the ocean will also dry up, what need is there to mention sentient beings?" It is said like that. Also, look at the destruction of the inner world of each sentient being.
